I ordered a bathing this morning with expedite shipping to have in 5 days after confirmed they tell me give them 4 days to ship. No number to call within ten minutes I put in ticket to cancel my order and theyou responded pretty fast saying it was to late order as been sent already, the tracking number says not found and have submitted additional I no telling them there is no way it has been sent and tracking number says not found abs status still sas processing and have recieved nothing back. Of course can't get any kind of return info... this whole experience has been a complete nightmare

My order took 27 days to receive. Ordered XL and they fit like a M. They come from China. Did not know that when I ordered. Have sent 3 messages for return shipping info and have not heard from them. From the Web info it looks like they will only refund 60% of price, the rest is for return shipping SCAM. Their sizing is way off and now I have to pay for it! Do your self a favor and do not order!

When I go my dress it look like someone quickly put it together it looks nothing like what's on the website the threading was loose and the material was very cheap SCAM! Don't be fooled.

I will never order from this site again. They offer faster shipping then it still takes a month to get to you so that's a scam. Then when I asked for a tracking number they gave me the wrong one so I still couldn't track my package only one item looked as it did online this site is a complete joke I will never order from it again

Usually more of a size 2 rather than a 4 but previous reviews said it ran small, so the 4 is perfect. Pleased with my purchase, color and quality is as expected.
I work on TV, so I am always looking for good quality dresses at an affordable price. This is definitely in my top ten now! The material is a nice thickness for fall/winter but could be worn in any seasons. I got the blue, red, pink and purple and all of the colors are true to the picture.
This is a great buy & a well made dress! It's perfect to wear to work or to happy hour or whatever the occasion! The fabric is thick with a nice stretch to it (not see thru at all) a perfect respectable length that's appropriate for work! It even has an adjustable zipper in the front if u want to add some pizzaz & sexy to it! The zipper pockets in the front are faux pockets - I can't wait to wear this dress. I would highly recommend this dress! It also fits to size it runs exact! My measurements are 34d/29waist/38hips & I ordered a US8 which fits me like a glove!
It's a beautiful dress, but the top is a little see through. You will need a camisole. I think this would be lovely for someone with a small chest and very narrow hips
Dress is navy blue in background and was sent with a black rope type belt that cannot be used as it obviously does not match. Havent worn or washed it yet. Good fit overall... good length.

I love this coat. I live in Chicago and bought it this winter and it was perfect for the bitter cold months of January and February. I didn't even need a scarf since it zips all the way up to my face! My only complaint is that the zipper gets caught in the fabrics at the waist since it has a cinched waist but if you're more careful than I am, then you shouldn't have a problem!

The order I place I did not receive it until a month and a half later. I kept emailing them in reference to my order and they would give me BS excuses. I got fed up and I asked for my refund and they said they will only give me 40% refund, which is ridiculous. When the order finally arrived, 3/4 of the clothes did not fit me at all. I would never order from ROTITA again. Lesson learned for me is to check site reviews.

I've never experienced such horrendous customer service. The products are falsely advertised - photos are taken from seemingly other retailers and used as their own meanwhile the product that I received looks nothing like in the photos! Terrible quality. I cannot even resell it if I tried to. They ignore my emails for over 2 months now. One email they responded to telling me that if I return the product it will cost me a lot for shipping and they advised that I just sell it online. Ummmmm excuse me, what?! Then they said they would refund me some small percentage of my total (I spent $200 on their $#*! product) without me having to return the items but every time I follow up they ignore everything I say and respond with "have you return the order?" THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. Someone should sue this scam company.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
