I've finally managed to get hold of the returns address for Rotita after weeks of back and forth to customer services (who take on average 2-3 days to reply to a ticket) and a dispute logged with Paypal. If you send the item back they will then give you 60% of the cost as they take 40% for admin and shipment. You ALSO have to pay to return the item. It's mega painful so unless you really really want the outfit and are sure it's going to fit don't buy!

They got pictures on there site, which when you receive them they look nothing like description and also it take a month+ just to receive the item i wish i can rate this store a zero star, DONT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING

I paid to have my outifit delivered quicker (3-5days) it wasn't shipped until 6 days later, and arriving 9 days later by which point my occasion had been and gone. When it finally arrived the size was so small, i couldn't fit my leg in it

Worst Experience...

My wife used PayPal to pay for an order, but failed to provide the correct shipping address (on *******@PayPal). So shipping was held up. Rotita sent us email asking to confirm a new shipping address. Each of us provided at least 5 tickets informing them of the change of address, but they kept sending the same email. We even tried to call their customer service numerous times and no answer. Some 3 weeks later, I elevated to a complain at PayPal, then Rotita responded that they were awaiting a item prior to shipping. Wait! First it was an incorrect address, now it's a missing item. Then 1 week later, they provided a tracking number, but in 3 days now, it hasn't left China... Umm, what's up with that... Believe, this company has the worst business attitude I've ever dealt with and WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I may as well write this off as a lost because the items will probably not come. I don't think it take 3-days to leave China. If I had known the location of this company, I never would have initiated the order.

Legit or what

I ordered an outfit from this site over a month ago. I was changed but never received my purchase. Tried calling them on several occasions, no answer. Left messages but no reply. I called my bank and luckily they refund my money and my bank is disputing this matter. What kind of business don't answer the phone. I will never order from them again, and I posted it on FB for no else can get screwed. Every time I see it on FB I will comment on it and let people know how I got screwed.

I received 3 out of 4 outfits that they sent. I have been trying to contact them since 3/10/16. And the last ticket that I put in they rejected it. Now, they charged me for a outfit that I didnt even get. And they forgot about my order which I was going to wear on my birthday. They didnt even apologize AND you can never get in touch with anyone.

I wrote a review saying how terrible this company is and impossible to return. They responded on my review saying they would give me a 100% refund once I returned the items. Well that is a LIE. I am still trying to get an address to return and it has been over 4 months and when I asked them about the 100% refund they said they would not do that, they will only give me 60% refund once I return the items. So they are not telling the truth and refuse to give me a return address. They continue to send an email saying please confirm, then I confirm and they send another comment plus please

I bought the Blue Lapel Vertical Striped Blouse for my wife and she loved it. It was easy to order; I just added it to my bag, selected a size and then checked out. I also loved that they had so many pictures of the Blue Lapel Vertical Striped Blouse, not just stock photos but of real customers wearing the product as well. I also appreciated that there was free shipping no matter the amount of the order and that I got 40% off my first order. My order came quickly and was packaged great. I would recommend this shop to my friends.

They're out to take your money in return for cheap poor quality items which are horrible substitutes for the picture you'll find on the internet. Please do not waste your time or money buying from these scam merchants. Just read all the bad reviews! Spend your money on a well-known website like boohoo asos missguided shopstyle etc. I asked for a full refund and I will return the items but they only offered a partial refund for two coats that didn't fit me and were horrible quality. I opened a dispute case in paypal as there is no other way to contact these rip off merchants

Horrible, horrible quality! Took at least a month to receive the order and it's laughable! The dress is a completely different material than pictured on the site, a different color and barely worthy of being a costume! I ordered an XXL and it's probably a size medium. It would maybe fit an average sized 10 year old! Ridiculous looking! I ordered the cute bikini top with long skirted bottom and that too looked completely different in person. Super sheer skirt and such poor quality. Again, these garments are barely costume worthy and SO NOT WORTH IT! Wish I would've read these reviews first! Only read those on the site, which there were quite a few, so I thought it'd be worth it to check out a couple items. Those reviews are clearly fake because no one could really like these poorly made things that shipped from China!

Expedite shipping

Paid for 2 day expedite shipping and it has been 6 days and the item says still has not shipped. Had it delivered to my parents before we left for are family vacation. And have 6 days left on vacation. But 3 at my parents so I am sure that we will not receive it until we have already left to return home 1000 miles away.
Will never use this site again poor and deceiving shipping methods

I ordered my item on 03/22(Tuesday) I paid for expedited shipping because I wanted it on Saturday and it shows Dispatch: Ships within 1 business day. I message and ask if they think it would be there for Saturday and I get "Your order is being processed; we will ship the order soon." I check for the order on Thursday still not shipped so I message again and ask about the shipping and get no response he it is 03/28 and I have message multiple time to get no response and the items still have not been shipped. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THE SHIPPING DAYS ARE NOT CORRECT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE NASTYDRESS.COM IS MUCH BETTER

The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.
