I've finally managed to get hold of the returns address for Rotita after weeks of back and forth to customer services (who take on average 2-3 days to reply to a ticket) and a dispute logged with Paypal. If you send the item back they will then give you 60% of the cost as they take 40% for admin and shipment. You ALSO have to pay to return the item. It's mega painful so unless you really really want the outfit and are sure it's going to fit don't buy!
They got pictures on there site, which when you receive them they look nothing like description and also it take a month+ just to receive the item i wish i can rate this store a zero star, DONT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING

We even tried to call their customer service numerous times and no answer. Some 3 weeks later, I elevated to a complain at PayPal, then Rotita responded that they were awaiting a item prior to shipping. Wait! First it was an incorrect address, now it's a missing item. Then 1 week later, they provided a tracking number, but in 3 days now, it hasn't left China... Umm, what's up with that... Believe, this company has the worst business attitude I've ever dealt with and WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I may as well write this off as a lost because the items will probably not come. I don't think it take 3-days to leave China. If I had known the location of this company, I never would have initiated the order.

Horrible, horrible quality! Took at least a month to receive the order and it's laughable! The dress is a completely different material than pictured on the site, a different color and barely worthy of being a costume! I ordered an XXL and it's probably a size medium. It would maybe fit an average sized 10 year old! Ridiculous looking! I ordered the cute bikini top with long skirted bottom and that too looked completely different in person. Super sheer skirt and such poor quality. Again, these garments are barely costume worthy and SO NOT WORTH IT! Wish I would've read these reviews first! Only read those on the site, which there were quite a few, so I thought it'd be worth it to check out a couple items. Those reviews are clearly fake because no one could really like these poorly made things that shipped from China!

Paid for 2 day expedite shipping and it has been 6 days and the item says still has not shipped. Had it delivered to my parents before we left for are family vacation. And have 6 days left on vacation. But 3 at my parents so I am sure that we will not receive it until we have already left to return home 1000 miles away.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
