XXL fits a size 8

Filing a claim with paypal. Leaving on a trip with no swimsuit. All three were so small my grandkids can't wear them. I even ordered an extra size up.

I ordered a dress for my Grandma's funeral, I paid £10.00 for the 3 days express delivery and it arrived over 3 WEEKS later! I have been emailing them and calling since March 2016 to request a refund for the delivery I did not receive. They have refused to refund it, admit they can not offer this service (SO WHY CHARGE PEOPLE FOR IT?). Half of the time they ignored my emails and when they did respond they were rude and replied in slang text speak. Incredibly unprofessional and very untrustworthy.

This company is the worst. Fast shipping is a gimmick to get your money and the nice clothes are not what they seem. I purchased two outfits and one was busted in the package with thread hanging out. The other was perfect. Said it would take 3 days and took a week. I really hate how there is no call center or customer service reps. I kept receiving emails about my refund through a ticket that offered me $3.00! For my damaged outfit!

I very seldom write reviews but my experience was horrible. First it took a month to get my order. I actually had forgot I ordered until I received an email from them saying thank you. I was like where is my order! I received the shirt and it didn't look like the one I had ordered. I ordered a royal blue shirt but the shirt I got looked like it had been washed several times. It was a faded blue. The zipper looked very cheap. Do not waste your hard earned money on these cheap materials. The shipping label said china so that says a lot about the material and the way it was made. Very pissed off customer. The sizes must be measured for kids. Very small.

It took me 3 months to receive my order. I submitted several customer service request and never received a response. The products I ordered looked as if they were made by a rookie seamstress! Looks like they attempted to make what I ordered using the wrong fabric. The sizes are not true sizes, extremely small. Cheap material and nothing was long enough. My maxi dress came to my knee not ankle. I wasted my money literally! I should have left this China manufactured bull$#*! where it was!

I ordered something and paid for it... but I haven't received it. I called, emailed and submitted a ticket and I have not received any contact from them. I'm sure I will not get any customer service from them or my product

Company delivery of items was weeks delayed. Sizes were cut extremely small and the only thing they could tell me is, "by the way, we are Asian size." (what?!?!?!) I have been going back and forth (via their online ticket system which is the only way I have been able to reach someone) and still they will not tell me how to return the items nor get a refund... all sales are final with this company. They have offered 10% and 15% refunds, as well as, $30 via a dispute I filed. If you know like I know you will steer very clear of this company; unless you wish to make donations and maybe get something you can actually wear. Would rate a negative score if I could.

Ordered a maxi skirt for £15. Arrived a couple of weeks later, nothing like the picture. Material totally different to what is described on the website, only worth £5 if u ask me. I've asked to return it but they insist I still have to pay the return postage to China. They said they can offer me $3 dollars to keep it as it will cost a fortune to return it. Livid. Still arguing with them but don't think I'm gonna get anywhere. Stay clear folks

I love this dress! Great dress

It looks just as pictured and flows in a lovely way down close to my knees. I weigh 150 and my height is 5'3, I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly. It took just a day to ship and only two weeks to arrive to my house. I am very happy with my order and are thinking about buying the purple and black floral dress.

My husband wanted me to get this dress, I thought it was cute, but nothing special. When it arrived, I tried it on and loved it! It is adorable! I bought a little light-weight petticoat to go under it and it looks like an adorable stepford-wife outfit. Tons of compliments, VERY flattering!

I purchased this dress for 4 bridesmaids. All the dresses are fully lined. They all fit as expected. The only concern was the belt. It is the same size for all the dresses and I purchased 4 different sizes. So I will need to do some alterations with that, but the dresses are beautiful.

I am so glad I read reviews first I had learned the hard way from ordering from wish but thankfully I got my money back on that one. I would not order from any of these websites showing up on Facebook read the reviews first. There seems to be hundreds of different names but they all do the same thing. They send crap if they send anything at all. I don't understand why Facebook lets them advertise when they are all obviously fake and scams! Just read reviews on anything now days. Sad it has to be this way! I think just going to the mall is the safest way to shop!

Ordered a jumper. When I received it, found it was very poor quality, looked nothing like advertised picture and the one size fits all was too small for me. I am a size 6-8 aus.
Said they would refund me if I sent it back. I sent it back which also cost me money. Then they didn't refund me! I have emailed them around ten times, at first they just asked for further details and now they have stopped responding.

I ordered from Rotita the tracking number is fake they said the package was delivered by my local post office when i call the post office and gave them the tracking number ROTITA provided they had no ideal what the h_ll i was talking about. I still do not have the items i ordered so my next step is to my bank. I would advise all o you to do the same get your money back and run.

I order $80.00 worth of clothing on 3/05/2016 and today is March 30th. Still have not gotten anything nor can I track my order. The tracking information is from a China tracking company and once you put your tracking number in, it does not give you and option to hit enter, go, search... nothing. This is scam and all reviews on their website is a $#*!ing Joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I rate this a zero. Should be an illegal site

Came quick. Tool money quicker. Products absolutely rubbish. Giving them to charity rather than give them a penny more of my money to send them back. Don't even know if charity will Want them. 1 bag was actually wet inside and Iv had to double bag the stuff as don't know what's on the bag... Lesson learned
