Ordered a dress, took over two weeks to arrive. Cheap fabric, disgraceful snagged stitching and nothing like the photo advertised. Not only did it take far too long for my order, but when it finally did come, the bathing suit was awful. Terrible material and looked dirty. I put in a "ticket" for return/refund info and keep getting the runaround. Someone is actually responding, but not giving up the return info I repeatedly ask for. My guess is that they don't have any intentions on refunding me my money. Going to try to dispute with my credit card company. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered swimwear for an upcoming cruise because it said orders ship within 1-4 days. After 3 weeks I have stil not received anything. I wrote to them 3 times requesting to cancel my order and each time they responded with " be patient, this is a high demand item". After the 3rd request to cancel, I received a notice that they shipped anyway. This company is in China, huge language barrier, and they do not listen to you at all! If I could give them a zero for a score, I would! Listen to the reviews and so not order from them. I will probably spend a year trying to get my money back.

I ordered my swimsuit online on the 3rd & they took the money out of my account on 4th of April. I contacted my bank to report them today. I am very disappointed that I didn't get the email giving me my tracking number####. After reading all these reviews, I am glad I put in a claim at my bank. They said you only have like 60 days to report it & get your money back! I sent them 2 trouble tickets with no response as of now... If anyone else has order from them make sure you call your bank before it is too late.

Do not order from this site or any of the other cheap sites like this one. I know, I've done it too many times, & 9 outta 10 times I am disappointed. You will get poor & cheaply made clothing, looking Only similar to the modeled pictures. Why don't they display their actual clothes on manicans so you can really see? But instead they imitate the clothing worn by other women who take their own pics. Copying their pics while cutting theses ladies heads off. Their clothes are made very cheaply, Material is too thin, sizes are not always actual. & sometimes fits irregular. Bathing-suits are even worse! Out of 8 items I was only happy with 1. I'm tellin you, Don't do it!

I ordered a bathing suit, and paid through PayPal. Its been too long since they have not delivered the bathing suit. I tried to find a way to cancel the order. There's no possible way to cancel and request your money back. You can't even get a PayPal representative on the phone. I've been duped. I will never order clothes online ever again.

The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.
This is obviously a scam. Their website says your order will be shipped within 24 ours, it's been a month and my order is still not shipped. Being that it is coming from China, I would imagine it will take at least 6 weeks to get here. 10 weeks is far from 24 hours! I have heard horrible things about this company that they are nothing but a scam and you'll be lucky if you get your order and sometimes the order is ripped, or just a piece of garbage. BUYER BE WARE save your money.

One thing for sure is I ordered a bathing suit hoping to take away with for my trip on the 30th of this month. I saw this site with all these cheap clothes on it and although I knew it was a similar site like all the others such as FashionMia, Roswe, all the ones that show up on your Facebook page in the ads. I ordered a white pants set and a bathing suit.the pantsuit looked NOTHING! Like the picture. It's a one piece, thin! Nylon, wide legged jumper. The bathing suit bottoms loom like some big bloomers and the stitching isn't smooth it's crinkly like underwear. The top of the bathing suit doesn't wrap around the neck and breast like the picture be a use it's not enough material and I have small breast. I asked for a refund through PayPal and they said no. I escalated it to a claim they offered a partial refund and said I could keep the clothes. I spent $41+ and they are offering me $18. They don't even want their items back because they know it's garbage!. So not worth your time or money. China is VERY expensive to return things. Please use caution! Extreme caution!

The item was like the picture but the item is clearly not the size they state, I ordered a xxl and the item was more like a small, do not waste your money with this company because their sizes are not as they state, they are 3 to 4 x smaller than stated.

I ordered some swim wear on 3/25/16 and it still has not even been shipped. I opened a "ticket" on 4/4/16 and actually got a response saying that the items are not in stock and the employees are working on it. I opened another ticket on 4/15/16 and have gotten no response. I thought if I ordered them a full month before my trip I would get them before I left but that is not the case. I will never again use them.

My order came a month late, and they wouldn't have even shipped it if I hadn't gotten Paypal involved, they also told me they have hread many negative things about Rotita ( ok if that's the case whty do business with them- I trust Paypal with my money) not so much anymore! I'm still fighting this even after receiving my GOD AWFUL outfits and bathing suits, my bathing suit bottoms look like diapers, like everything was sewn together by a kids Hello Kitty sewing machine?! I'm sickened that they continue to FALSE ADVERTISE and steal peoples hard earned dollars! Stay away! If you paid with paypal- refuse the delivery and INSIST on your money back- I have even offered to send paypal my items so they can see what kind of crap we as hard working consumers are receiving from these scam artists! Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
