Ordered a bathing suit on March 9th they took my money on the 10th and still no bathing suit. Today is April 18th. Tried to contact them 3 to 4 times but getting the same answers. Requesting refund from my credit card company..
I wish I had read these reviews first. I also ordered a swimsuit from this company on March 28th. I paid for it through PayPal. PayPal of course paid them right away. It is now April 18th and I still don't have the swimsuit plus when I sent an inquiry to them they say that the order number is incorrect. However it is the order number they gave me and the order number on the PayPal documents. When you try to call you can't get them and the emails don't go through either. Now I have to try to fight it on PayPal. Ridiculous. I should have known better.

I purchased a bathing suit on March 29th. It said it would ship within 7-13 business days. On the 16th business day I tried to open a ticket (after 'urging shipment multiple times) and got no response. I filed a claim with PayPal the same day and they IMMEDIATELY responded to both my ticket, and the PayPal claim. I asked for a refund, as I no longer want the bathing suit, after reading reviews, and they shipped it that day! They asked me to close the dispute with PayPal since it had shipped out. Not doing that until I have the bathing suit in my hands. I can only imagine the quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I ordered a bathing suit, size large just in case it ran small. I'm 5'8 and weigh 140 lbs. I'd normally fit in a medium. Well the large was still way too small and I don't have a big bottom at all. It took very long to come in the mail and now I have to figure out how to return it to Japan or China or wherever it came from. Ughhhh

I ordered a swimsuit April 4th. I never did receive an order confirmation or a tracking #. All I had to show for my order was a receipt # showing they took the money out of my checking account. I have been in contact with, who I think, is the company by gmail. They say I have to have an order # that starts with W for them to see that I have ordered anything. I have kept bugging them and so far have heard the words "We will help you." I do not believe I will be helped or that I will ever see my money back. I will never deal with a company outside of the United States again. I will have to chalk this one up to a hard lesson learned. I will add the receipt # they sent me below, but I was never given an order #.

Ordered swimsuit on March 28th for vacation and paid for expedited shipping. The payment was received by them via PayPal same day, yet I have gone on my trip, returned from my trip and still no shipment notification. I reached out yesterday to ask for a status as to why it didn't ship. Just received notification that it shipped this morning from Shanghai China.
I am assuming (based on the DHL tracking information) that it won't arrive in the specified time that I paid extra for, even from the shipment date. Now I question the quality of the item as well. What a nightmare.

Don't buy from Rotita.com they took 6 weeks to delivery my order by which time I'd bought something else, I spent £60 they ignored my attempts to return the goods so I raised a claim through PayPal... They have offered a £20 refund! I should have read the reviews it's all bad & the cloth are very poor quality! This is their responce:- we are sorry for that and you can return it back. Have you review our return policy? But it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, you should bear the shipping fee back, it is so expensive and you should wait a long time and we just refund you not include the shipping fee when we send the order for u. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. How about we send you some compensation in your user center, you can use it next time. Pls advise

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
