Horrible dresses - loads of loose threads, huge over-locking stitches on the hem, bulky seams and poor fit, despite using their size chart. The dresses do not look like the picture. When I asked for a refund, they asked had I considered the price of the garment, As if that makes it OK for them to send shoddy items. They argued that some customers have high standards. I've bought clothes for less and not had an issue, and they were also made in China.

The shipping time was poor for "fast shipping". The tracking number I was given didn't work (because they get cheap shipping. When I asked, they just told me wait and then when it still didn't work, they said I should cancel the order myself. I'm sure they must make a lot of their profit on return shipping cost that they withhold from you if you do manage to get a refund out of them. They will only give you a 60% refund because they keep the other 40% to make up for their shipping costs.

Eventually they told me they would give me a $6 credit to my account for future purchases. There sure as hell won't be any of them. These people are total rip off merchants!

The package arrived as stated. It did take 2 days. I was sent via USPS. It was left in my mailbox and tracking info was updated when the package was delivered. I paid the fast shipping and it was worthwhile.

I finally received a refund onto my credit card after 3 months, so am pleased to say my issue is resolved.

I ordered a dress and a swimsuit and 3 months later am fighting for a refund.
The dress was really badly made and sized. They sent completely the wrong swimsuit. I had to fight with them to get a returns address, they suggested for me to sell the items on ebay myself! They have been so slow and unhelpful.

I paid for a return parcel to China and now they refuse to refund me as they say that they didn't receive the returned items. They still try to offer only a partial refund.

What Scammers!

I order four tops from Rotita before I read the reviews, unfortunately. I received them in a timely manner; ordered June 5 and received June 20. Their size charts must be for small people because normally I wear a medium and with Rotita I needed and XL. When I received the tops I noticed the material was fairly thin on all but one. They barely fit me in an XL. The one tank top I ordered is a thicker material and a little large on me. However, I didn't know that to return anything you have to pay $3 each. So I will keep them and make them work.
They also don't have any washing instructions on the garments. I will not be ordering from them again. I usually buy from Kohls where I can return items to the store. In response to this post, a representative from Rotita sent me an email apologizing for the experience and offered to refund me 100% if I would send back the items with a tracking number. My items cost $69.00. The post office said it would cost $65 to send them back to China. This is a scam and is happening often according to USPS. I have filed a dispute with my charge card.

I ordered a swimsuit from here it didn't fit my daughter. So I keep emailing them asking for an address to return this item and they finally responded with this "These are Asian size clothes and it tells you on the catalog have you ever tried looking at it" when they were supposed to send me their address for a return. I have emailed, emailed, did research online there is no address to be found to return an item. If it's Asian sizes then WHY are all the women on the sites BIG AMERICAN WOMEN? Please stay away do not order from them. I am going to try to get in touch with consumer products and have them removed from the web for advertisement. This is a SCAM people!

Never ever ever order from these people. Whoever running this site is a scanner and needs to be stopped from taking people money... I ordered swimwear and clothing in February trying to get ready for vacation received it in April. When the trash arrived to me nothing looked like it looks on their website. Very cheap clothing and fabric too small looks like they gave a bunch of kids some fabric thread and needle and told them to go for it... Very poor quality I wouldn't waist another dime on these people ever. Long story short I ended up having to rush and buy swimsuits and stuff for my vacation when I thought I already had that taken care of. These people are scam artist! I wish I could upload pictures of the junk I received...
