I ordered an outfit for my birthday weeks before the day. I completed the ordering process, being happy about my new outfit. But the ROTITA company took my payment, and never gave me an order number. It's been days and I still haven't got an email with the order number and the link to track my order. They ruined my birthday
Ordered two blouses from your company... just terrible quality and they are not sized at all according to your charts! They came with no return address and from now reading reviews online I sense it is not even worthwhile attempting to send them back as I will only get a percentage of the monies I paid for them and as well have to pay for shipping and handling! Shame on you!

I never received my merchandise that I ordered on 05/24/16. Can't track my merchandise on DHL. I'm pissed and this is a fraudulent company. I want my money back and never will I ever order from this company again!
Quality of clothes was poor and sizing charts on the website are not accurate. They also don't send a receipt with the package so if you are missing items there is no way to tell them. Would definitely not recomend
When I walked out in my bathing suit, I told my husband I ordered a cheap bathing suit... his first words "it looks like it." They mail it with no return label, make it nearly impossible to return, and I just wish I had looked at reviews. $40 dollars in the trash.

They pretty much took my money and ran. No way to get a hold of them... I paid extra to have it shipped quickly so I could take on vacation... That was over a week ago. It still hasn't shipped. There is no way to get in contact with anyone, and based on the reviews- if and when I do get my product I'll just be throwing it away. Oh, and of course I've already been charged for the product. Scammers. Stay away ladies.

I ordered a bathing suit from Rotita on June 3rd for my birthday pool party on this Saturday the 18th. Still have not received it yet but they snatched the money from my bank account in less than 2.5 milliseconds tbe same day I purchased it online. This sucks because according to the tracking website they provided with my tracking number its been at the ISC Miami USPS since 6:30pm June 12th. Like really, wtf is my $#*!? My party is 2 freaking days away and no bathing suit. I will NEVER order from this shabby $#*! company ever again. They havr really p'd me off...
I ordered a dress and paid for expidited delivery to received dress within 2 to 3 days, item was not posted for over a week. The dress had hole under the bust I contacted rotita and was advised to repair the hole. I requested refund and was advised 15% account credit was max compensation. I challenged and was offered 25% account credit?. I advised I wanted full refund and was told I would receive 60% when dress was received in China. I have a feeling the company would never acknowledge receipt. I have passed the matter to paypal. I have ordered from rotita before and items had loose stitching or holes in the seams due to cost I did not try to refund. I assumed ordering a dress that was priced just under high street price the quality would be better. The company sells poor quality items and makes its money by refusing refunds for damaged goods. You can not review items on their site which should have alerted me to the type of company this is. Please note I have bought lots of items from Chinese sellers such as Chinese Tailor and loved the clothes. Rotita is connected to jolly chic and roseme all sights seller same products prices vary. All of the different named companies send products that are damaged and refuse to give refunds. Please use paypal for the protection offered when you find out you cannot return goods and the refund offered is actually store credit as if you would buy from rotita again.

I ordered 3 items for the first time from this company. To start with I received no confirmation from the company. I only knew they received payment thru my paypal. I had to contact them to confirm they were even going to send me my purchase. They got back to me in a timely manner and gave me an odd tracking number. When I went to down load the tracking app. There were a few red flags about the sketchiness of this app so I didn't. The order finally came today, the items are of poor quality and are made for much smaller people than a 5'7 woman. They are so short wasted and too small I will not be able to wear them. Sadly I'm out 77 dollars as I won't even bother trying to deal further with this company. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!
I am happy to say that my ordered dress is fully perfect. I got the dress absolutely in time. I want to thank them who conduct the business. The dress quality is fine. The dress looks so nice. The finishing of the dress is perfect. The cotton and color also great. No objection from my side. Everyone can shop from here. I am sure that this site is better from others.
