I ordered product and never received it, but my money was taken. I have been in a dispute for almost a month! The money and 3 emails later are not being resolved. I learned to look at reviews from others before I order from anywhere else again! Glad I only ordered 1 thing! Word to the Wise... dont order from here and investigate all companies before you ever order anything!

I believe if this is a real company it can't last long. I ordered, got confirmation,
Told to recieve in less than 7 days, never got it. Called PayPal, got phone number
Of company, never answered. Called back Paypal to cancel order and all I got was a recording menu, saying to go to my paypal on line to lodge complaint. I haven't had

STAY AWAY! Do not buy from this complany. I am waiting for my order. Next week it will be 2 months. They take your money right away and in my experience don't ship til you contact them. I have done several tickets with customer service and receive the lamest excuses as to why I haven't received my order. I don't count on receiving anything to be honest. I'll chalk this up to Lesson Learned. I hope you don't have to get to this point, if you choose to order.

Still waiting for my Thanksgiving weekend purchase, over 6 weeks ago! They claim that I chose slower shipping, which takes 7 - 10 days and I need to be patient. It shows it shipped on 12/22 (4 weeks after purchase) and on 1/7/17 post office still has no record of it being in the US, so that makes 15 days shipping and I still don't have it. Had to send messages twice to even get it shipped. They claim it was a preorder and I had to wait and then claimed that it was back ordered. They had no issue taking my money the day I purchased and then send me 2 emails a day asking me to purchase more. NEVER once told me it was backordered or preordered or anything, I had to contact them to find out. No idea if quality will be as appears or if I just threw $55 away. Beware of too good to be true pricing... if its coming from China, you will have to wait and wait and wait.

Have an ongoing dispute and complaint through Paypal. I reported them, still over a month of waiting for the mysterious coat that I paid for. I am also reporting them to the Better Business Review. Save your money and shop online from a reputable business. This is insane.

I ordered a pullover hoodie sweatshirt in cotton material as advertised to keep me warm in the winter. What came was a see thru sheer pullover in polyester material. Not a sweatshirt, and definately not cotton. This company advertises one thing, and sends you something different. They are from china, I do not believe this practice is legal here in the states. They ripped me off for 32.00 and expect me to pay 30.00 to ship this back to china for a 19.00 refund! Are they nuts?
Ther must do this all day long and expect americans to take this abuse.
Well I am posting this to every websit and every known authority because this is definately not legal.
And they advertise on facebook! Geez
Stay away! Bad customer service, they just dont care once they get your money.
There are many other sites to buy from that actualy do care and will takce care of a problem when you have one. Not this company!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered coat. It was the most shapeless item of clothing I have ever seen. I contacted them through Facebook, they say they will contact typically reply in a day. They did until I asked for all my money back the replays stopped they don't even open the message.

I won't order again from this company. I am sure that some of the items are good bargains, but the top I ordered was made from very cheap material, and was not even the same color as represented online. In addition, the neck style was almost entirely different. It was sewed with what looked like dental floss. It takes about 2 weeks for an order to arrive, and it comes from China, so ther is really no way to return.

The pieces I ordered didn't fit. According to the reviews of the item, some said the size was accurate, some said it was way off. So it's a crap-shoot trying to get something that will fit. The 2-piece jacket, outer layer fit but the fur liner I couldn't even get on. The sweater coat, the armpits were way low (no, they weren't dolman sleeves). Save your money! It took over a month to receive and basically it can't be returned. So you've lost any way you look at it. Cheaply made, proportions are off, sizes are off. Not worth the time and money.

What a JOKE

Ordered Christmas gifts on Dec 4th, fully explaining I HAD TO HAVE BY Dec 23rd, as I was leaving the country for Christmas. Never received package so I have filed a claim with PayPal. I had NO idea I was ordering from China or Asia! Never again. I can't believe that Garden and Gun magazine even run their ads... poor decision.

I ordered 4 items. None was matching the pictures or the expectation. The fabric was not what they claimed it to be on the website, very poor quality. All sizes were wrong, very small, sleeves way too short, generally size L would fit a teenager not an adult person. One item had a hole in it, one was completely different from the shape and looks of the one ordered! After making a complaint I heard that all items are matching their photos, lol, and that if I am not happy with them I can give to charity or sell online. They act as complete idiots! Have no respect or care for the customer and they violate basic purchase rights. They also said that they will only refund 60%of the cost providing that I send the items back and pay for the shipment, which will cost me more than I gain back, so obviously is not an option. This is a complete joke and disgrace. I would advise everyone planning to use Rotita TO STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! DO NOT ORDER THEIR PRODUCTS, AS U WILL NOT GET WHAT U HOPE TO GET. DON'T BE FULLED BY THE GREAT MARKETING AND PHOTOS ON THEIR WEBSITE, THESE ARE DEFINATELY THE PRODUCTS THEY CLAIM TO SELL.

Ruined Christmas
January 1, 2017

I ordered a sweater on November 24th 2016. As of today, December 30th, it has still not arrived exclamation point the way I read the tracking it has not even left China! I have been in contact with rotator via email a number of times and all they keep saying is to please wait and be patient. Well, Christmas is over and someone to not get their gift. I have contacted the credit card company and lodged a dispute. If they could not have delivered in a timely fashion, they should have told me so when I placed the order. I will never deal with Rotita again! This site insists I give a rating. I am giving a rating of 1 because I have no choice. It should be 0!
