I ordered two tops from these rip off artists! First off as I was ordering I made sure to read the reviews on their site! Sadly I should have googled them and not relied on their own site. It took double the time for the two items I ordered and to top it off when I received the items they were of poor quality and two sizes smaller than the size on the tag stated! They looked like something for a child's doll and not a human! I'm livid and will never order from them again! How can these people lie and get by with it? They should not be allowed to do business in the USA!
I ordered two dresses on 13 Dec 2016 from Rotita. It arrived on 24 Dec. The quality of the cloths are very poor, and it is not possible to wear it. It looks like that I have been blocked from my account. Can Anyone kindly let me know their email address of phone number?
Before you buy from rotita please read their return policy it really sucks. The 2 tops I ordered took a month to receive & looked nothing like the picture shown the red one said it was a sweater which it is not & the large was huge. The other was said to be red but was 2 different colors looked like a clown top! Heres the sad news if you want to return them to china you have to pay shipping both ways plus restocking fees & anything else they can try to make you pay for! I would never, ever order from this company ROTITA again! I JUST WANTED MY MONEY BACK! Guess what ain't going to happen! They told me to donate the tops to goodwill because it would cost me more than I paid to send the items back! Please stay away from this company!
They took my money on December 1st 2016. It is now December 26th 2016 and still have yet to even ship my order. So much for the ships in 2-5 business days as stated on web site... can't call all I Get is a machine that's states person not available... emailing is a joke all they state is basically waiting for it to come to our warehouse oppps we sold too many for what people ordered... so if that's the case don't keeps selling a product you don't have. Will never buy from these scammers again. Wish I would have seen these reviews I would have never ever even attempted an order.
If you used a credit card rather than spending time and more money, file a dispute with your credit card issuer or bank card issuer. Odds are they will know this company does bad business and refund your money so long as you return the product. Then you won't owe the 40% restock fee. And if you haven't received your product in the time promised then cancel the order via your card issuer. They retract the funds. You can also in some cases write Return to Sender addressee no longer resides here. Odds are by the time you get your product you'll have moved twice and put on five pounds anyways.
They claim free shipping when purchasing, but when you try to return they make it impossible stating that they cannot refund you the full amount of your purchase because of "shipping" charges. They offer you a $25 refund and let you keep the clothing, WHICH DOESN'T FIT. Order acknowledgment email also says that once payment is processed I would receive an order invoice/summary email... never received. I've asked for this because I wanted to see the breakdown of charges. Nope. Currently disputing charge with PayPal.
I learned the hard way that you should never order anything from China! All these reviews are valid and true when it comes to ordering clothing and items from China. I ordered two coats from a different company that was from China and had the same problems as the people in these reviews did. I got a total refund minus shipping costs, and got to keep the two coats, but this was after a long time arguing with them. So I learned never, and I mean, NEVER order anything from China. The coats I ordered did not look like the photo, they were cheaply made, the lining ripped in one of them, and they were way too small. I tried to sell them at a garage sale but no takers. I just want to get my shipping costs back if they ever get sold. You live and you learn. But, please NEVER order anything from China!
Okay, so my item will not make it before Christmas. I gave this company another try thinking the first time was just a mistake only to be done again almost the same way as before. I placed my order on 12/10 to find out 7 days later it was shipped which obviously changes the 6-10 day timeframe given by your website all together (false advertising). I am so sorry but this experience will make another bad review from me and I will not be using this company again.
My story is just like everyone else. Bought two coats on black Friday, haven't recieved them one month later. Their email responses are somewhat quick but they don't give any helpful information. It's all just so SHADY! I'm convinced I'll never receive my items and if I do I'm sure it won't fit or will be horrible quality according to the reviews. I am insulted and pissed and I think we should ban together and shut this site down! Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
