Same complaints as every other reviewer - Rotita uses images from other websites then manufacturers sub-standard goods from China. When I request to return item & get a refund they come out with excuses that the shipping to return the good is expensive & offer me 20% in hse credit for my next purchase. But sorry, I wont be orderibg fron Rotita ever again.

I ordered two items and paid extra shipping to receive in 2-3 business days. THREE WEEKS later they arrive. The dress is an XL and would fit a 10 year old anorexic. And the shirt is some awful variation that no one should wear and also made for someone that is a size 0. The size chart is incorrect, the colors are suggestive at best. Tried to contact, but have been ignored. This is a company in China that is stealing real pictures and then making knock offs to look like them.

Headlines indicated ok to return within 30 days. Yes it is ok if you are prepared to loose 40% of the price you paid post office, tracking postage to return goods to China.
The garment quality was unwearable. Cheap material full of static & not the dress described on the ad.

Terrible place to buy, is like give away you money for free. Service terrible quality terrible, they sent the wrong item and they want i return and pay for shipping and also even were they made they mistake they only want to give you back 60% as you can see is not good idea to buy. They are in China and they don't let you know that because they know we won't buy as we know the quality is not good.

Refund Difficulty

I have returned two items to the address as shown on the return label in the UK which I bought around Xmas as they did not fit or suit me. Again like others I am having difficulty in getting a refund. I have provided proof of return but cannot get them to confirm if they have received the returned goods or not. Very dissaponting with company and do not believe they should be alllowed to trade in GB. Waiting to see the outcome of my claim. I am looking at contacting Trading Standards on the matter.

Ordered 2 items. Good delivery time (sent from UK address) but fabric was poor, and the items were definitely not the quality shown in the illustrations. Contacted company via internet who queried if I had measured myself correctly (!) and then told me I would have to return the garments TO CHINA for a maximum 60% refund. Raised a dispute through PAYPAL and was offered £15 compensation to keep the items. As I can alter the items to fit, I accepted their offer and the refunds was paid promptly into my PAYPAL account.

The problem with this Chinese company is that they are very unwilling to refund a customer who is unhappy with any item purchased. The company will refer to size guides, their good quality products etc etc. But, if a customer is unhappy, a refund should be given. I am trying to get a refund on an item that does not fit me and is of relatively poor quality. The item was posted in the UK but the company is insisting that as a Chinese company I must send the item back to China whereupon they will only refund 60% of the purchase price and retain 40% for postage costs. This is not clear when a customer orders from the site. Alarm bells start ringing with a situation such as this and I wonder how many people have returned items who simply never receive a refund at all. So far, my experience with this company leads me to believe they are untrustworthy and fraudulent - in particular as they are trying to get me to send goods to China that were clearly posted from within the UK.

Bought 2 dresses. First dress - teeth are missing on the zipper so you cannot zip it. Second dress, zipper does not work well (it sticks and takes 2 people to work) and the neck strap is only 1/2 sewn in - it's satin, and frayed, so I cannot "repair" this. Contacted company. First, they didn't want any refund. Then, if I pay shipping, they will refund only 60%. RIP OFF.

No button holes

I bought a jean jacket. When I received the coat I tried it on. It was a little snug (I even bought one size up) but my complaint is that the coat had buttons but NO BUTTON HOLES. I read the reviews and will not even bother to send back. I'm going to have my friend who knows who to sew but the button holes in.

If I could give -5 stars I would, I ordered a dress for 35$ and paid for expedited shipping which says it was supposed to be here within 2-3 days but didn't come in until 2 weeks later. I received a thin square piece of cloth that was NOTHING like I had ordered. This website is a HUGE SCAM AND FALSE ADVERTISING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Not great - but ok

I ordered 2 shirts from Rotita. They did take longer to arrive than promised. Both were as pictured and the fabric was nice. One fit okay and one was too small. I will give the small one to my niece. There is definitely no consistency in the sizing and I find I have to size up 2-3 sizes, not just one. I was thinking about ordering again but after reading all the horrible reviews on this and other sites I am considering myself lucky that my items arrived at all. My advice is not to have high expectations for items that look well made in a photo then only cost $25 - sometimes a bargain really is too good to be true.

I ordered a coat from here inn a size 3x. I went by the size chart on their website and actually got a size up. When i revived this product after nearly for weeks and six email interactions, it was the jacket I ordered with the size i ordered on it, but i could not even get both arms in. I measured it, and even though the size says xxxl, it measured a size large. Very disappointed. Tying to return the items now, we'll see how that goes. I am more than disappointed. What world are these people living in?

Horrible place to order, cannot reach customer service over the phone, and the email process when you have issue with your order is horrid. They don't own up to their damaged products, and if you received damaged item it's not their fault because supposedly it was in good condition when the item left their facility. It took a month before I received my order, and it was damaged when I received it. SO AGAIN DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, save yourself a headache.

Placed order in good faith and received a coat that didn't fit. One arm longer than the other one and very poor quality. Contacted the company and they said I could return it but they won't give me the address so it can be returned. No address on any of their advertising. Paid for it with Discover but it was switched to PayPal and they won't do anything either. The phone number they give out is also not answered... Very poor business communication.

When I first opened the bag there was a strong chemical smell to the coat that I ordered, then when I tried it on one sleeve was smaller around than the other. I tried to contact the company with no results. Don't be fooled into purchasing items from them

Ordered 3 garments. Two were nothing like the photos, and I mean NOTHING! Two different coloured fabrics were used in one dress, the neckline of the other hidden behind scarves in the photo. Spent ages trying to get a returns ticket, they said the shipping costs would be too expensive and offered me 'compensation' in way of some credit on my account. Said no I wanted a refund, so said I would be liable for shipping costs back to Shanghai included recorded delivery at which point they would offer a 60% refund! This is an absolute rip off. Do not touch with a barge pole.

Ordered through PayPal believing that this offered me a degree of protection - clearly not! PayPal will do nothing to help resolve issues with this company even when presented with evidence (such as this site). Safer to use a credit card and avoid purchasing from PayPal.
