I saw the ad on Facebook.
I carefully measured myself and used the size charts for each style. For one style, I even order 3XL (although I normally wear an XL).
I foolishly ordered 3 items.
I cannot even put them on. All have arms which are very tight. There were no measurements provided for the arm width of the styles which I ordered.
I told them that the clothes did not fit and have received two emails (to which there is no way of replying) asking me if I had measured before ordering.
I have not received a return address.
I ordered a dress in my usual size, sadly it does not fit and now I would like to return it and get a refund. Sadly, the contact line does not accept my order no and I can find nowhere how to contact them. This is the worst experience since I have ordered articles online. There was no invoice nor a note to tell me how I could return the dress and i cannot contact anyone. Terrible service and i feel this is not acceptable.
The top are not the true size that I would get. I first ordered a large and it fit like a small so I ordered another one in a large and the fit like a medium. I alway wear a medium top. So if you order this top get two sizes larger. It looks like a cheap top! Never will I order from them again. They didn't sent a return order form so know I'm trying to get the rreturn address
Ordered an item from this company, it took 2 - 3 weeks for delivery, when it arrived it was of poor quality and did not fit. There was no paperwork with the item and when I went on the website there was no help there with obtaining a return address. Delaying tactics, measure the garment sleeves! I just want an address to return the garment and get a refund. Having looked at other reviews it would seem that I will be very lucky indeed to get a refund. This company should be investigated, it is violating its returns policy. Do not use them.
My dress did arrive (unlike some reviews) but the size was 3 sizes smaller than the size chart (I measured everything). The material was really poor quality and the colours of the panels varied so it looked really odd. There is no way of contacting the site - you just go round in circles with it saying your details are incorrect (even for a password reset) - it is very cheap but when you receive something unusable it becomes just a waste of money.
Terrible cheap clothes. They don't fit. I reordered a size bigger than last size and it came smaller. They take your money. But there's no way to return the junk. Which is what it is. Don't buy from this company. It's cheap, they don't fit and you can't return. Your screwed by these people
Awful. Cheap and nasty. Paid for express delivery. It arrived three weeks after. I have never known anything like it. No paperwork to return the garment. Non committal response to challenge. Waste of over £30. Have now been sent a further bill for by TNT for £30.39 for import duty. So I have wasted over £60. Please do not be conned. They should be struck off. Have threatened them with Watchdog. Now have overall rated them at five stars. Another scam.
Never again will I order from Rotita. The clothing is inferior quality, sizing is very odd. The item is nothing like the picture. Trying to get an address from them to return items is proving difficult and if i should manage to, they only refund 60% of purchase price less shipping costs. Not happy.
I purchased 2 blouses from this company for the first time. They looked good and reasonable in price but when it arrived, they are of very poor quality and I figured they enhance the appearance of their products in the pictures. I'm not paying postage to ship back to China!
I ordered several woman's shirts from them based on their "U.S." size chart conversion. All but one shirts needed to be returned. This is an Asian company who ships their products from Georgia (in the USA) but the make you ship them back to an address in CHINA and they will only return 60% of the cost of the items. TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY & CUSTOMER SERVICE! Save your time and money, do not buy from them!
I ordered the dress which looks much better on the website. It took sometime to arrive.
Big disappointment of quality. Not worth almost £28. I wanted to contact customer services, the person is not available. I tried to submit a ticket but the answer is every time avoiding any help.
It looks like a scam. Promises that you can return the item are not truthful.
Only the vaguest resemblance to the photos, terrible fabric and construction, and poor sizing: I can't even get into one of the items.
It says it all, when I put "Poor quality" when opening the ticket, it said "considering the low price, some customers have too high expectations".
Do not order from this company. Biggest rip offs ever. Don't expect to receive it for 6-8 weeks... and then be prepared that it will be 4 sizes too small and not made of good quality fabric. Don't waste your time or money with this lot. Check the online reviews before purchasing.
I ordered 4 dresses from this company. They arrived and did not look anything like the picture. The quality was so poor, material was like a piece of cardboard.
The goods have been returned and I must have written about over 100 emails. Keep getting the same stupid standard replies and I am so frustrated now.
They have not yet given me a refund and it has now been 2 months of me chasing them for it. THEY ARE THIEFS AND HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL. THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND WILL RUN YOU TO THE GROUND IN TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
Totally disgusted that people will stoop this low. I work hard for my money and the things I had ordered had been for Christmas presents. I am so upset that I got fooled by this bunch of thiefs.
P.s. Not sure why people have written some good reviews about this company, it must be their own staff doing it in order to trap people to order from them.
The photo depicting this sweater was a nice bright yellow. The sweater arrived and I wanted to cry! It is puke brown! I am so tired of getting ripped off by Chinese businesses! It will cost me a fortune to send this back and it is too much money to insure it so who knows if it gets to you or not. NEVER AGAIN and I will let everyone I know how you operate!
I have tried at least six times to upload photos and I am a photography instructor. It is not possible!

I ordered 3 dresses which took 2 weeks to arrive. They were exactly like the pictures and of very good quality. I am very happy with the service. Fit beautifully and look great on.
Ordered 3 dresses at a cost of 100. When I received them the quality was extremely poor, looked nothing like the pictures and we're just badly made. Returned goods to China and 2 months later and many emails back and forth I still have not received back my pathetic 60% refund and doubt I ever will. This company is a fraud and I would warn anyone who thinks of buying something online from them to not bother. You'll end up just throwing money away.
