I bought a dress from Rotita it looked lovely on their website. The reviews on their website were all good. What arrived was something I would not be seen dead in! It was completely different from the picture on their website.
I had extended correspondence with Rotita. They told me that either I could keep it and get a fraction of the price I had paid back or I could return it to them for a full refund. However, to return it (with the tracking they required) to China was going to cost almost £24. The dress cost £23.
I started a PayPal dispute which I then escalated to a claim. PayPal told me
That I would have to pay the cost of returning the dress so no joy there!
I have spoken to Citizens Advice Bureau, Trading Standards and the
Financial Ombudsman Service, but everyones hands seem to be tied as

How disappointed iam in service and size. Item arrived 14 days after ordering, instead of the 2/5 as was listed. Size is small more like a medium than XL. Quality good

I ordered a dress that looked nice on the photo. It wasn't anything like that dress when it finally (after over two weeks) arrived. But that isn't the real problem. There was nothing in the parcel that told you what to do in case you didn't like the item, actually there was NOTHING at all in the parcel except for the dress. I sent it back to the name and address printed on the parcel with the mention "return to". After a while I contacted rotita on their website and they said that it was the wrong address. After a few exchanges it became clear that they had no intention to reimburse me. My money is gone and so is the dress.
Companies like that should and hopefully will soon be out of business
Same quality as Lulugal! They will not refund your money. The clothes are not worth using as a rag to dust with. Typical Chinese sizing and quality which is disgusting. I wouldn't give them any stars but I can't warn you without one. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!

I should've looked up reviews before ordering from lulugal/liligal. Ordered one item, luckily didn't cost much, and the quality of construction, materials was really bad. The construction looked like something I would've turned out first time sewing! I learned from reading reviews after the fact that there's no point in trying to return so will just donate. I went to check on reviews when after almost 2 weeks I still hadn't heard anything about my delivery. Well it did finally arrive at about 3 weeks after ordering. A waste of money... don't do it!
Do not order from them. The item looked nothing like the picture and they won't refund your money. They will offer you 15% off a future purchase and tell you it's better for you to donate the item! If you persist, they will offer you 60% back because they are taking off for the "free" shipping they gave you. Terrible scam company.
I placed an order through Lulugal before checking the reviews on here... BIG mistake. Thank goodness I paid through PayPal! Something told me after I placed my order to check into the company. Within a half hour of me placing my order, I put in a ticket to cancel it asked them to refund the full amount. I would get a response back in the middle of the night each time with what seemed to be "broken" English in emails. They would ask me a question each time, seeming to try and delay my refund. I would answer and another question would come in. In one of the messages back, they said I would have to pay a $3 handling fee per item returned according to their policy. Their policy stated that if you cancel within 12 hours you can get a full refund. I told them that in my response. After 2 full days of messing with them, I sent a message through PayPal also to refund my money in full and gave the amount. In the midst of all of this, they changed their name to Liligal. Talk about a scam company! After 4 days, they FINALLY refunded my full amount that I paid through PayPal. Do NOT buy from this company or any one of their scams companies... there are others. Check here for reviews, I know I will be next time.
A. The order was very much delayed due to incorrectly spelled address.
B. I received wrong item, wrong size.
c.The company refused to compensate me for their own mistakes and wrote some rediculous directions for sending this piece of rag that I got, back.
The item does not look like the one ordered and is in two different fabrics with two different colours although the one shown was just one colour, the sizing is completely wrong and even though it is their fault they will only offer a maximum of 60% refund and I have to pay for insured postage back to China, I will actually be out of pocket.
Bought "Long Sleeve Open Front Grey Cardigan" for £30 including "free shipping" and "30 days easy return" The reviews of the cardigan from "verified buyers" state the material is "very soft", "quality materials" etc. Images show the cardigan to be well fitting.
On arrival it was very clear the cardigan is poor quality, rough to the touch and badly fitting. In short, the cardigan is such poor quality the only use it has is to mop the floor. I can buy a cloth for clean the floor for less than £1 - this cardigan was £30!
I contacted Rotita for a refund. At first they said keep the cardigan and they would give me a 20% discount on my next order i. E. no refund. When I declined, Rotita said they would only refund 60% of what I paid and I would have to pay for postage myself. Effectively, I would only receive around £10 of the £30.
I've also noticed their address is the same as other companies in China.
How Rotita manage to get good reviews can only mean one thing - Complete scam
I ordered the peplum army green dress. It looks so beautiful in the photo.
I was looking forward to wearing it to an upcoming wedding. I ordered the dress on March 2nd and it just arrived today March 23rd. It arrived in a black plastic bag... and when I opened the package, the dress was so wrinkled and it looks like its not going to fit me. The sizing is way off. Also, there were loose threads all over the dress, and a big clump of thread in the front of the dress. I had to take the scissors and cut off all the loose threads. Looks like someone just threw it in the back and shipped it off. There are no tags on how to care for the dress. I am highly disappointed and will not be purchasing from this company. What a shame. This was my first and last time. I feel like I totally got ripped off.

Ordered a coat... was not the size I ordered. Quality was poor... no refund unless I pay almost what the coat cost in the first place. The company are a bunch of frauds.

Purchased item which was very different to item photographed. Awful cheapest satin like polyester fabric when photograph looked like a wool style fabric. They make returns impossible and suggest you give the item away. Here is their returns policy.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
