This Company has had my payment since April 1,2017. They are still processing my order. They tell you after payment, that some of the items you order are still being manufactured. Ordered an item in February. Contacted Rotita Customer Service in March because the tracking appeared stuck in Los Angeles for 2 weeks. Efforts to get any help from customer service was wasted. I contacted USPS and was eventually contacted by a post office rep to learn that the package was addressed to my name and city only--no street address. They were taking steps to return the package to China. The item was finally delivered in April. The quality of the product is cheap but given my experience, not worth the hassle of a return.
I bought several items for summer as they looked to be nice materials and simple patterns, the sizing seemed straightforward and understandable. When they arrived the sizes were probably 5 sizes too small... so beware and don't believe the size charts. They obviously just made them up!
The measurements on their site are true to the sizes of their items. I take a true size 10, ordered an L, what came was the same great, soft, dress I saw online.

The free necklace was absolutely gorgeous, I was extremely pleased with it. The dress however was just average. It was gigantic, but that is partially my fault because I must have ordered a size to big for me. The quality of the dress was extremely good though, there were a few frayed edges, which I cut off, and wrinkles (which can be easily ironed out). The colour was quite similar, but the length was extremely long. Taking into account that the price was only £9, it is great value for money and the accessories I received are very good quality. Shipping took one week and a few days, which was acceptable so overall I am pleased (even though I will not be ordering from this site again)
