Stay away!

Like everyone else here, I learned my lesson the hard way... made a purchase, poor quality, way too small, and they gave me the run around when I tried to return. If you are reading this before purchasing, STAY AWAY!

Do not deal with them

The company is a scam.

I bought a jumper from them, which looked nice on the site, but when it came it was too big for my S size, the quality was rubbish and it just looked nothing like on the picture. 'Free and easy returns' was what initially made me give them a try - big mistake.

First of all, when you raise a question about returning an item, they avoid answering. It took me 4 direct questions "how do I return the item?" before I got an address in China out of them. They tell you right away that you have to pay the postal charges yourself, which was annoying to hear, but I wanted to get rid of the jumper so agreed to it.

Secondly, they told me that they'd refund me once the item was received. Fair enough, right? Not if you deal with Liligal / Lulugal.

Thirdly - and this is a crucial part - they give you a non-existent address in Shanghai! This means two things. One: because you're sending your item nowhere, it's never received, so you never get a refund. Two: you still pay the postal charges.

The address they gave me was: Room 1341, #1 building, 333 Lane, Jingang road, Pudong, Shanghai, *******, China. Phone#, *******3678

So. I ended up paying £30 for an ugly jumper + £14 for posting it back to China (usual class, but signed) and it's £44 down the drain. I've given up on ever getting a refund, so consider the whole experience as a pricey lesson to read reviews on new vendors before ordering anything from them.

Stay away from them. There are nice online shops out there, so don't fall for these thieves.

Oh, and if anyone from Liligal / Lulugal is reading this - I'm wishing all kinds of misfortunes on you, your family and friends.

Size dont fit to the chart size... say shipping free even on the bill, it says 0$ for shipping... but when you want a refund they say we refund only 60% because the other 40% is shipping cost and its not refundable... so for a 30$ purshase i got only 6$ refund...(12$ to send it back)

Poor quality, crap comes from China. Unable to return the stuff without paying to ship it all the way back to China, cost more than goods are worth. Sized smaller than expected. Stay away from this company!

Like many people on this site, I am also experiencing difficulties with my order. I have placed it awhile ago and it said it shipped. I tried tracking in and it has no updated information. I am very disappointed that it is shipping from China. I would have never ordered knowing this. I still have to wait for my order so if it doesn't come soon, I will fight them through PayPal.

Don't do It!

Paid extra to have a swimsuit delivered quickly for a trip I'm going on. Should have read the reviews first. Still haven't received it. It's been three weeks. Can't figure out how to do the tracking. Don't do it.

This place delivered to the wrong address. I haven't lived in that house in over two years, yet they say that's the address I gave. When I tried to go in and check their records, my actual address is listed, but my two year old address is there as a DEFAULT.

I tried contacting them. There is no way to contact them. My order is traveling the world right now. I have no idea where it is going. They refused to give my money back. They keep saying I received the item.

I received my item after several weeks from purchase. Not only was it several sizes smaller than expected, it was horrible craftsmanship. This top had patches that were to be placed on the elbows. But one was on the elbow and the other was on the inside bend of the arm, opposite of where it should have been placed. The material was stiff as well. The item came with no packing slip. Contacting someone was extremely difficult. I had to go through Facebook and finally got someone to email me. I went weeks emailing people about wanting a refund, discussing their 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I was told I could send it back at my own expense but it would be very costly. They recommended a 10% credit towards my next purchase. I told them I would NEVER purchase from them again and I wanted my money back. We went back and forth until their communication fell silent. I still have this ridiculous, shirt that any quality control department would have noticed was messed up and pulled. Please don't fall into this trap and be scammed by this company. BUY AMERICAN!

Absolute Trash

This company have given me the worst online customer service I have ever received.

The item that I ordered from this website took almost over a month to receive the item and when I opened the package, the quality was absolute trash. It did not even remotely resemble the online picture and the sizing was very off. Therefore, I wanted to return the item, but they said that they would only refund me 60 percent if I send the item back to China. However, the shipping and handling to China costs more than what I paid for the item. The other deal would be a 15 percent compensation and store credit where I would never order anything off this website again. Lastly, I wanted to see the update on my issue and went to email them repeatedly, but they refused to reply. If I had chance I would give them less than one star.

Absolute rubbish! No communication, AND YOU HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN TO CHINA! DON'T GO THERE! I Have tried to return their very tiny sized blouse and all I get is an automated response, all I want is a return address and my money back, absolute nightmare!

Just like everyone else: my order took 3 weeks to arrive from China. It was a poor copy of what was in the photo. Not the same cut, color or fabric. Just kind of similar. They want me to go to the post office and ship it back to China. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Seriously. Only aggravation.

Update: 4/2017 I disputed the charge because it was not what I ordered. My bank honored my claim and I got my money back. Worth a try!

The sizes run very small and the 30 day return policy is not what you might expect. You have to pay postage back to China. They actually want the return shipping sent by registered mail! They suggested that I sell them on e-bay if they didn't fit!
