I ordered from Rotita on 3/31/17. Did not realize company was from China. It is now 4/18/17. I have submitted a ticket with them. Took them 3 days to respond. Asked for refund, because I could not track order. They were suppose to ship in 3 or 4 days. They refused to refund stating it shipped, still cannot track order. Everything says its in preshipment. They are thieves as far as I am concerned and not trustworthy. Definitely do not order.

This company should be investigated! I wish I ad seen these reviews before ordering. No response to my inquiries. My credit card has been charged and no item received. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card and try to have it refunded!
I ordered 5 tops/dresses in size 3X.
One dress arrived in that size and fitted.
4 other items were sized between 14-16 (although label stated 3X).
Refund policy is to send back to Shanghai at own expense.
Company offered 15% in compensation - I think I should have full refund in compensation for wrong size clothing.
Obviously very very poor quality control if only 1 in 5 items right sizing according to their own size chart. Sizing.
Lastly clothing not finished well. I noted on all items cotton sewing threads had not been cut or secured neatly.

The garments do not look like the picture and returns from the US cost nearly $100 as you need to mail to China. Terrible experience. Took me a week just to get a return address
Takes forever to ship from china. I bought a swim suit and the material is very thin, the stitching is very loose and it's too small in the chest. I do not recommend this company at all!
I ordered then read the reviews and got nervous. But I got my swimsuit about 10 days later and it was just as expected from the picture. I ordered a large (figured to go up a size) and normally wear a size 4/6 and it fits great. The quality is great too. Nothing bad to say!

I ordered an outfit with shipment to be expedited and paid $15 extra to have it delivered within 3-5 business days. It has now been over a week and it just reached U.S. today. This company is nothing but a scam. I received a blouse, labeled Large, but I estimate it's a size 2. It also smells like it's been in a damp warehouse. I emailed to get a return "ticket" and was told I'd have to pay postage to China. This is not mentioned in their return policy. This is the Chinese ripping off stupid Americans, and I am one of them. Lesson learned.
Whatever you have ordered would never arrive and I'm still debating with customer service reimbursement. They are offering to reimburse me only partially (50%).

Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
