Where is my Dress

I also ordered a dress on 3-27-2017, paid for by PAYPAL. Still have not received it.
I just sent them the order number. I think that Facebook should check out the companies that want to advertise on Facebook, Depending on response I get from Rotita, I will contact PAYPAL...

I ordered from Rotita on 3/31/17. Did not realize company was from China. It is now 4/18/17. I have submitted a ticket with them. Took them 3 days to respond. Asked for refund, because I could not track order. They were suppose to ship in 3 or 4 days. They refused to refund stating it shipped, still cannot track order. Everything says its in preshipment. They are thieves as far as I am concerned and not trustworthy. Definitely do not order.

Seriously! Is this even a real company!
This company should be investigated! I wish I ad seen these reviews before ordering. No response to my inquiries. My credit card has been charged and no item received. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card and try to have it refunded!

I ordered 5 tops/dresses in size 3X.
One dress arrived in that size and fitted.
4 other items were sized between 14-16 (although label stated 3X).
Refund policy is to send back to Shanghai at own expense.
Company offered 15% in compensation - I think I should have full refund in compensation for wrong size clothing.
Obviously very very poor quality control if only 1 in 5 items right sizing according to their own size chart. Sizing.
Lastly clothing not finished well. I noted on all items cotton sewing threads had not been cut or secured neatly.
Very bad service Rotitia, lift your game if you wish to stay in market and be competitive.

I don't recommend buying anything from this company. I get a very big feeling that Rotita is LilLilgal. I mean compare both of the website's format, policies, clothes, models, literally everything! I already had a bad experience with LilLilgal :/. The complaints from LilLilgal to this website are the same!

The garments do not look like the picture and returns from the US cost nearly $100 as you need to mail to China. Terrible experience. Took me a week just to get a return address

Takes forever to ship from china. I bought a swim suit and the material is very thin, the stitching is very loose and it's too small in the chest. I do not recommend this company at all!

Very pleased

I ordered then read the reviews and got nervous. But I got my swimsuit about 10 days later and it was just as expected from the picture. I ordered a large (figured to go up a size) and normally wear a size 4/6 and it fits great. The quality is great too. Nothing bad to say!

Don't Do It!

I ordered from them over a month ago. Still have not received item. Sent several emails and only get a response that says they are looking into the problem and it must be the manufacturer. They are still advertising the item I bought but can't deliver it? Thanks for the lesson in how to get ripped off. Now I'm wondering how many people have my credit card information.

Service sucks

So far they suck and I will never order from them again. I am on the verge or making a formal complaint. I ordered an outfit with shipment to be expedited and paid $15 extra to have it delivered within 3-5 business days. It has now been over a week and it just reached U.S. today. I specifically ordered this for an event this weekend. Now I have to go out and buy another outfit which I have very little time to do because I don't know if and when my shipment will arrive. They said 3-5 days... they must have meant if you live in China. So disappointed and annoyed. You can't even contact them with questions... smh

This company is nothing but a scam. I received a blouse, labeled Large, but I estimate it's a size 2. It also smells like it's been in a damp warehouse. I emailed to get a return "ticket" and was told I'd have to pay postage to China. This is not mentioned in their return policy. This is the Chinese ripping off stupid Americans, and I am one of them. Lesson learned.

Im very frustrated

I ordered a dress since march. We are in april now. Im still waiting for the item. There is no phone number to call to speak to someone. No identification #, no where to tract your order, nothing. They are already took out the money in my account. This is crasy, very crasy. I dont know if Rotita is a scan, dont know what to do.

My goods took 3 weeks to arrive, they were of poor quality although the colours were good.
There is a ghastly ticket system instead of emails to find out about returns
Goods have to be returned to China, costing a fortune.
Or you can keep them and have a 20% discount.
