I won't order anything with them again. I ordered the end of March and am still waiting. I submitted a ticket and was told it's been shipped and there's nothing more they can do. If I had known it was from China, I would never have ordered anything. Feeling 'Shanghai'd'!

The swimsuit I ordered showed up about a month after I ordered it, was not the color they showed on the website and was ridiculously small. After reading other reviews, I won't bother paying shipping to return this ugly swimsuit, since it doesn't look like anyone actually gets a refund. Never. Again.

I should have known it was too good to be true. Bathing suits for $25, free shipping, full refund, etc. I figured since they offer a full refund, it was worth a try. WRONG! The bathing suits are very low quality and I'd be surprised if they made it through one summer. You cannot contact the company via phone (it rings, and rings, and rings, and rings). I e-mailed them to get the RMA for a return. The company is in CHINA and I'd have to pay for the shipping. Meanwhile, the items came from New York, not China? They offered a 20% credit in lieu of returning the items. I went back and forth with them and they finally agreed to a 35% credit. Not great, but better than paying the shipping cost to China. We'll see if the credit actually comes through on my credit card.
Sizes run way small, and you have only 30 days to do a return when they are not right. So, now I am stuck with a bunch of brand new stuff that will be donated to Salvation Army.

Rotita is a fashion company based in China. They produce cheap quality designs despite the luring advertising they use online. A very misleading business in reality.
If you buy items from them and need to return them be prepared for a long adventure. Rotita will resist and try and prove you wrong. Therefore you will have to show resistance and determination on your side if you want to be refunded. It is not easy: it took me 4 weeks to convince them that I was in my right plus another 3 weeks to obtain the money back from the moment I posted the package.
But it is worth the battle. Of course you'll have to pay a fortune for the postage.
The other very unpleasant aspect of it is that during the whole process of claiming the return/refund, the email communication remained totally anonymous and almost rude. You never get a name nor a manifestation of understanding and support from Rotita. Their emails are rather minimalist, as if the people who write them had never learnt how to do proper business with their customers. Moreover you almost feel guilty for asking to return your goods because of the way they treat you. After a while I ended up using the same dry language as them as I felt it was a waste of time to show any sign of politeness to them. These people treat you as a dog. Or would a dog be treated in a nicer way? Mmm. Beware. Rotita bites.
Received a dress that was 10cm/4inches narrower around the bust than their size chart indicated. I paid around $37.97 and when I requested a full refund, was told that they would refund $10 and that I "should try and get my money back by selling the dress on eBay"! I insisted on a full refund but 25 emails later had only progressed to getting 60% PLUS I had to pay for return postage. They left me in no doubt that they had done this trick before, I decided to go the whole way and reported them to Paypal. I received the full amount back but still was out of pocket due to return postage and tracking. I am absolutely certain that this is one if their business practices. Most people would have settled for just $10 but it became a matter of principal for me. Here in Australia there are laws against practices such as these, but online businesses are still slipping through the net. ROTITA certainly gives online businesses a bad name. It is buyer beware with this crowd! UPDATE: I received a msg from Rotita after they read this review, asking for the order number so they could resolve my complaint. NEWSFLASH ROTITA, you were given all the information several times over without doing anything about it other than stating that you refused me a full refund. I have had to make a claim with PayPal to get my money back, but am still out of pocket for the return postage. NO, I will NOT retract my review. You are a company I shall avoid AT ALL COST, and sadly, I will also be very wary of buying from other online businesses of your country of origin in the future. At least you have achieved that!

I disputed the fund with credit card company and now Liligal wants me to remove/cancel the dispute and then they claim they will refund me. But all they need to do is tell their bank the dispute is valid and the held funds with third party will then go back to my bank and no refund is required. I fear that if I cancel my dispute, I'll never get refunded. The company probably does not want to honor the dispute cause it makes them look bad with their bank. But they are bad and should be reported to consumer affairs in China if there is such a thing! These people are crooks. I'll let you know how it turns out! This is really pissing me off.

Asked for a return/exchange and they want me to pay for shipping... which is ridiculously expensive and offered me a $15 back... out of $76 worth of worthless purchase they are offering me $15. Just a follow up on my review. For PAYPAL users who bought from LILIGAL, I got my full refund from PAYPAL by writing a complaint to Better Business Bureau about Paypal Corporate (San Jose) condoning and assisting these low life chinese scammers. If everyone that got victimized writes a complain, maybe we can prevent future victims. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!
So they just don't understand sizes, or where women have fat. While the bust, waist and hips may be skimpy, my arms can't even get into the sleeves. Their idea of a xxxl would fit a size 14 and then the skirt would be big enough. Do NOT ORDER from these people. Scammers! Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
