I too have ordered garments from the Rotita on-line catalogue. I ordered XXL to be sure they would fit and when I received the garments they fit too small... usually use XL. Filled out a ticket at least three times now asking for refund, return the garments to exchange, something... but it's been a month now and still no service on their part... they charged my credit card and they got paid and I'm left with $110.00 worth of 'stuff' that is not useable... very sad :(

Tiny dress!

I am a size 4 so I ordered a small. Well it was xxxs. I tried to contact them with no luck. I called my credit card company and they took the money back from them and gave me a credit! DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I got caught in this company's web by a 'flash ad' that made their clothes seem beautiful at very low prices. Foolish me! Two of the three XL dresses I bought just fit my trim, 4'10" daughter in law. Another dress was not the cotton gauze it appeared to be in the picture. When I looked into returning the items, I found that the website gives no useable contact info to help return items. The only option given was to "make a ticket". When I 'made a ticket', the site would not accept my order number as valid. The phone contact number given was a recording stating that I had dialed the wrong number. In the end, I replied directly to an email the company sent 'welcoming me'. I complained about their business practices and after several days of email exchange I was told the following:

"Here are the return instructions if you want to do a return:
1. You can only return through post office and you need pay the postage yourself
2. We will issue a full refund of the item price in 7 working days after we receive the returned order.
3. you need put your order number on the package
4. Return address is: Fang En (Tel: *******6409)
Room2092, #15-3 Building, 999 Ningqiao Road, Pudong, Shanghai, *******, China
5. Please send us the tracking info (tracking number or picture of the receipt of return postage) of the returned order after you do the return."

I have looked into doing this and the cost of returning these dresses to China will be almost as much as I paid for them.

Don't get caught in their web!

Substandard Products

Received a jacket with 11 buttons but no buttonholes. Another jacket is at
Least 2 sizes smaller although the tag says the right size L. Asked for a refund, was told of their return policy which doesn't make sense since they don't have a quality control of their products.

Site is a scam

Shortly after making a $25 order, I received a fraudulent charge alert from my credit card company for the purchase of almost $100 worth of Selena Gomez merchandise, which I had noticed for sale on the Liligal website, but definitely did not order. I will cancel both orders and my credit card. After reading the reviews, I believe this entire site is some sort of scam.

Not worth it

Cute clothes so I placed an order. Clothes took over a month to arrive. They sent the wrong size and they run two sizes too small. Their return policy stinks. You have to ship it all the way back to China, literally, which is very expensive. They offer to give you a 15% discount on your next order rather than return it. They don't respond clearly to your complaints and the process is confusing.

I purchased two shirts from Liligal.com. Their site states that it ships 1-3 business days and easy returns. After months of waiting for my clothes I got on their site to review my order and it said I had never purchased anything. I finally looked up my order that I had saved and entered in the purchase order and it came up. The clothes eventually showed up but the quality was horrible. The stitching on the shirt was inferior in every way and the material was not what was pictured. The second shirt I received was so small that I couldn't even get it over my head. I bought a large and I normally take a small to medium. My head size is only a 6 7/8, but it still wouldn't go over my head. When I held it up to me I could tell that the size was way off. I checked their size chart and even went up a size. When I went to return the items there was no place on the website to contact them for return. I emailed them and asked them to help with a return I didn't get a response. When I emailed and just asked them to reply but didn't tell them why I received a reply. They told me that the cost would be too expensive to return the items and it would take a abnormally long time so they offered me compensation in clothes from their website. I told them their quality was terrible and then asked how much money were offering they told me 25% of the price I paid. When I refused and told them to get a return going they countered back with an offer of 30% of my value. I went on their website to send in pictures of the terrible clothes they sent, they told me I couldn't leave a review because I never purchased anything. Don't waste your time with this website. If I could give it 0 stars I would. What a waste of money, and their clothes weren't even a wonderful price. I paid almost $80 for two shirts and a cheap necklace.

The stitching is all over the place from 1/2 inch to flush with the seam. Picture doesn't do it justice.
The inside of the jacket has a bunch of pulled threads all over inside. Material is cheap
This is my large shirt. The opening is so small I can't get it over my head... and I have a small head
There's a seam across the pocket piping that looks horrid. The pic doesn't do it justice

The purchases I bought from Rotita are exactly the same as they look in picture! I was really surprised by the purchases because I did not anticpate that they are in good quality. The material is soft and durable. I will absolutely buy more clothes from this website again.

Just check the 5 stars reviews. Those are certainly FAKE (probably paid by ROTITA.com). Most of them are new subscribers. Check all the 1 star reviews. Those are genuine. BEWARE BEWARE, FRAUD COMPANY. Just because no one can stop them legally, look at how they are CHEATING CUSTOMERS. CRAPPY GUYS, FIND A BETTER JOB than cheating people. U can probably BEG PEOPLE instead for $1 donations. Try that rotita.com

Stay away from rotita

I had the money taken from my credit card but got no invoice, and i couldn't get in touch with them. Theiwe'll see. If not, r phone number is wrong and their email addresses are wrong. I want my bathing suit. This only happened to me one other time, and i think it was the same people just under a different company, and i never got to talk to someone about black pants i paid for. I finally found a number for rotita and the girl said she'd look into it and email me. If she doesn't, i will tell my story every time their ad comes up.

Been close to a month and have not received my dress and bathing suit. You call the number and nobody responds. I did get an email from them after complaining I didn't receive anything and they said I can get 20% off next order! Don't do it! Total scam website. At least I'm only out about 60 bucks so could have been worse!

CRAP QUALITY refund is impossible. Requesting to reset password, they respond with "We don't know your password". The site for ticket submit says my order number is wrong and won't let me submit it. They won't respond to emails. GIGANTIC RIPOFF! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. Think if they get 25-45$ from everyone they ripoff because its too hard to pursue, they win. Don't give up trying to get a refund! Report to BBB, Yelp, Facebook etc. STOP this fraudulent practice.
