Horrible quality/fit

I received the items I ordered about two months after placing the order. They were not as described and didn't fit. There was no record on the website of my order and I can't seem to figure out how to do a return. It keeps looping in circles. Truly trashy quality and impossible customer service.

DONT trust this website. The sizes are completely different. When you order a L it is really a small. I have contacted only through the emails and they are so stupid (or they are just pretending to be) i have shipped back my order to them and they are claiming that they "still" have not received it. It has been over 6 month. I also emailed them a tracking number and so many emails that i have just given up. I hope they go bankrupted and have all of the clothes burn.

US Shoppers Beware!

Beware shoppers! If you are in the US don't trust the size charts! Ordered a one piece swimsuit (actually two of them) for my daughter, went for "L" so that it would have a little more length, according to the US size chart she should have been able to wear a "M". She wasn't even able to get the suit on! Returning items is next to impossible and they don't want you to return them anyway. They offered me a 20% credit for my original purchase and told me to give them away or sell them. So I'd be out 80% on my original purchase and would need to attempt to reorder in another size (having to blindly guess since the charts aren't accurate). This is not good customer service, heck it's not even bad service - it's horrible!

I received items that were wrong sizing compared to what the website had listed on their website. I contacted them to try to return items and found that it was very expensive to ship to china as that is the address they gave me. They then offered me 30% back of what I paid for items. I answered Rotita and said I would take it since it was too expensive to ship back, but now after contacting them at least 3 times they won't answer me. I won't ever deal with them again and it looks like I am out a lot of money that I spent on clothing.

I found this site through pinterest. I saw they had a sale and decided, heck, why not? I ordered $300+ worth of items. After a month they finally arrived only to find that items I ordered were missing, wrong items were sent, and the items that were a part of my order were not only the wrong size but the clothes didn't even reflect what was in the photos. I'm 5'5 and I ordered small dresses and the dresses either were dragging on the ground (NOTHING like the midi-shin length shown in the images), the fabric cuts were wrong, embroidery was not the same as on the images (and much cheaper in appearance).

I wish I had read reviews before buying from this place. Worst, their "easy returns" isn't so easy. You have to message them and wait for their approval to return items. Right now I am waiting for a response but I am considering taking this to paypal. I'm extremely upset over this.

Edit: After reviewing my paypal transaction, it seems they have even overcharged me $30.00.

Ordered over £100 of clothes. Sizes far too small! I contacted them by their ticket. That in its self was a nightmare. After numerous ticket contact I got nowhere. I asked for return address nothing. So I returned the clothes to a returns address on a label on packaging by Royal Mail with recorded delivery. Parcel was signed for proof provided. I am still waiting 4 months for my refund! I kept one top for my niece so amount owed to me is £82. They are just ignoring me! When I try to ticket it says Ive already taken one!

Not only do they make it appear as your items may be shipping from somewhere in the USA and you will have them in a matter of a week or so, PAYPAL is allowing this company to fraud YOU! I didn't receive my order for over 6 weeks and once it finally arrived it was such poor quality I wouldn't even donate it, it was that shameful! Some parts of it had stitching that didn't match, parts weren't sewn at all, and sizing was WAY OFF from their chart. Colors of fabrics didn't match and it appeared NOTHING like what they portray on their website. Don't waste your time or money on this! PayPal is still allowing them to do this to us! I use to trust PayPal sites now I'm skeptical of them too. To top it off, if you return the item you have to pay an exorbitant amount of money to do so. If you send first class you get no notice that its been delivered and in turn PayPal turns their back on you and no longer tries to get you your money back. Shipping anything other then first class actually costs you more then what you paid for the item, which is how I believe this company has been able to cheat people for so long. STAY CLEAR! IT'S FRAUD!

The dress did not look anything like the photo on the website, it was expensive to return (at a cost of £7.80 to me), and I only received 75% refund despite the website saying that I would receive 100% refund. I would not recommend this company.

I placed an order and the woman sizes are like toddler sizes I can't wear any of the 4 dresses I purchased and because the order number is nowhere to be fund it, is has been impossible for me to return them, I tried email and they just keep on replying stupid answer that don't help me at all, they are pushing me to give up on the return.
Esta compañía no sirve, las medidas de los vestidos son para niños y cuando quieres regresar algo es casi imposible. NO COMPRES AQUI!

Their stuff comes from China. You have to ship it back to China at your cost and you have to send it via registered US postal mail. Obvious that they don't know the English language and before you can send it back, it takes days to gain permission to send it. The cost was as much as the item. The item was cheaply made and had no tags in the blouse. Sizes were off. Didn't send it back because of the cost.
