They do not inform you this will be shipped from China until you receive a fake shipped email to track. I ordered a swim suit on 4/9/17, I have yet to get an clear answer on where or when it will be delivered, it is now 5/11/17. I cannot track it on the link they sent and have placed a "ticket" to have someone answer my questions. I have received the same answer for 3 weeks, "it is in transit and wait one more week". Abe yourself some money and headache DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Easly returns, don't believe it. Their is no numbers on items and if you buy more than one item and you take it out of bag you can tell what's what. I did not get any paper work what so ever and did not know how when or where to return items I needed to return. I called the phone number indicated and no one answered. I e-mail and got a ticket number and it's not clear what I was surposed to do. Then the returned e-mail message said that you not to respond. I guess I'm not smart enough to know what to do with the ticket number they keep giving me. This is some way to run a business, I can see why your still in it by the 40 percent you keep on refunds if their lucky to figure out how to decode your return system. My Teachers and Professors would be proud of me because I have beat your system. I will tell you how for 40 percent of?

This company is a scam! Too bad I didn't read the reviews first. Had no idea the bathing suit I ordered was being sent on a slow boat fom China. The bra in the bathing suit was made out of a material stiffer than cardboard. The fit was terrible. No invoice was included, so that it could be returned. I have tried to jump through all the hoops to try and return it, but the company makes it impossible! I am surprised Pay Pal is associated with this scam!

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased - items looked lovely in the pics but now I realise there are no heads in the photos because they are all young, tiny Chinese girls so sizing for average western women is totally wrong. Took ages for items to arrive, the quality is very poor, sizing is totally wrong - won't bother to send back because according to the reviews which I read too late, I won't get any satisfaction anyway. A very expensive donation to Vinnies I'm afraid.

Do not buy from this company or you will be disappointed.

I never heard of Rotita before but my friend refer me to this site when she brought a skirt from them. I was hesitant at first but I ordered a sweater from them and it was even better than I expected. I was shock that it came perfect and good material for such an affordable price. People, here is the latest news I have gathered. This company is not only awful, it is a bonified SCAM. Here is how it works. You buy a piece of clothing. An awful, miles too small, scratchy piece of fabric in the shape of clothing arrives. You ask for your justified refund. They offer, say, $6.00 OR $12.00 back with a message like, 'Give it as a gift or sell it in Ebay'!' Also, you get no invoice and everything is done in Hong Kong, thats their catch, 'It costs too much for you to ship it back!', they claim. So all you are left is to dispute it and hope that your credit card company covers you. Again, this is a SCAM. Not saying it as if I'm mad, saying it because LILIGAL is a scam. They changed their name once already so buyer beware!

The item purchased did not come close to fitting, although I chose the size carefully according to the chart provided at the company's web site. My choices were to take an $11 refund and a loss of $15, or return the item to China. I chose to take the $11 so I don't have to deal with these people any more.

This is the worst company I have ever purchased anything from. I ordered 2 tops when i received them they were such poor quality. I emailed them and the response I got was this is why the clothing is afforadable. I tryed returning but the cost to return was more than the purchase. I but a stop on my credit card and Rotita waited 4 months to respond back and they got the charge to go thru. So now it's past the return date and I can not send them back. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

This is a fraud company. The products are made in and shipped from China. The quality is horrible. There is no way to contact them, nobody answers the phone number provided nor do they respond to online requests. Paypal needs to stop funding this company. It needs to be shut down.

Buyer beware! I wish I had looked up reviews before ordering from this outfit. I had no idea they were located in China, so return shipping costs are huge. The two items I received were garbage - I can't even identify the material, and the "dress" was flimsy weird material with tons of static. Sizing was inaccurate.

I should've believed the reviews & I didn't & I lost $62 buy ordering 2 dresses online through Liligal. Received these later than promised, fought it out with PayPal & was offered $12 on my purchase. They will not give you a return label-don't even think about sending the items back the price is over $100 in shipping & their add doesn't even show up for a return shipment-post office doesn't recognize the address. Dresses are extremely poor material, they are about 4 sizes to smal & there is no care instructions on them. Whatever you do plz believe the reviews & run away!

This is China based and to communicate with customer service it is via online ticket system. Took 35 days to receive order. Sizing is exceptionally small An XL is actually an XS compared to American sizes. Returns are impossible even tho site states 100% refund. They offered 10% refund! I pushed until I got them to refund 65% as I threatened reporting to BBB, Yelp, and other review sites. Took another month to work thru this refund. Clothing is thin, extra small and no way for returns. Save your $$
