Poor quality dress arrived AND with a hole in it and not on just a seam, but in the main body of the dress! Rotita offered a rubbish £10 refund. Either that or return dress to China at a cost of about £10 postage which I would have to pay!

Once bitten as they say, so will NEVER use them again.

I put an order with this company on May 1 and today in June 10 and still have not received the merchandise. I have put tickets with the company and no email has come back with any responce. I will never buy anything with this company. I will like my money back but their's not way of communicating with the company.

Order placed, money taken and no item received. Unable to contact company rubbish email system whereby you have to submit a ticket, which then tells me it does not recognise my email address. WISH I"D READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!

Fraud

They keep your money, and will not send the product you bought. I bought my product last month, and they tell you it will be 6-10 business days but you never get the product. Then when you submit a ticket, they do not fully respond. They say, "Unpaid," but they have taken your money proven by your bank statement.

I ordered 4 items costing over $120 in April and still haven't received it.
Um finding it impossible to reach anyone to resolve the issue.
