I ordered a large swimsuit. But, when I tried it on, the bra part was way too small. Seems like a company would realize that one bra does not fit all. No phone number listed anywhere. Discusted.

Woah! I ordered a small amount off clothes just to make sure the site is reliable and it came in perfectly! The clothes are really pretty and just as they look on the pictures! It also came in the perfect size, and it only took a week to arrive! I'm going to order more in the future! Love it
Got two shirts and a dress! Affordable great quality clothing. The quality is really good for the cheap prices (in my opinion) so far I've gotten a lot of things from this website. Everything I got looked like the picture, and arrived within two weeks. Love this website for its good prices. And the costumer service is really good.

Took forever to arrive. Coming from China! Cheesy material. No way of returning. Customer Setvice never answers and does not return email requests to get an RA# to return item. Plus, the cost to ship it back to China... need I say more?
I tried to return items and could not. I spent $180 with them and their clothing had poor quality and did not fit at all. Attempted to return and they asked me for SKU numbers, which they did not provide and pictures. What pictures?

Through PayPal, Rotita offered a refund of half of what I paid and did not request return of the merchandise. This was acceptable to me as one of the swimsuits I ordered is of sturdier fabric and fits very well. Thank you to both PayPal and Rotita for the speedy resolution.
They ask you to write a "ticket" to communicate with them. You have to include the order number which they say is invalid. If you have problems with this, you're directed to "my order," which is empty and claims no orders within the last 30 days (I ordered 5/31 and received merchandise today, 6/23.) The phone number on their site does not work. Two of my items were made of transparent fabric which is different than they look on the website. I called PayPal and initiated a dispute. The representative told me that if Rotita doesn't respond within 10 days, my money will be refunded. I encourage other dissatisfied customers to contact PayPal and their credit card companies.
This company is wonderful. They take care of your pre sale and post sale concerns and questions. Great quality clothing. I love shopping here! :) I have bought dresses skirts tops and bottoms. Love them! Even if this week was the fifth time I ever bought from rotita. But I totally recommend this to everyone.
Was surprisingly happy with this purchase! Bought it in flash sale so not much could go wrong for only $10.33, but both the material and the fit really surprised me in a positive way.It's amazing online shop.
