So I ordered from LiliGal before reading all of these terrible reviews. After I read them I totally panicked: I hadn't gotten an order confirmation and was unable to access my "account". Finally I got a new password and tried to cancel my order, but they said it had already shipped. Still freaking out because I read returns are tough. I got my clothes and they are pretty awful quality, but super cute. I wore one of the tops to work yesterday and haven't ever gotten so many compliments on an outfit. I needed to return 3 items, and they offered me a 50% return to not ship back, when I said I'd still like to ship back, they gave me the return address and offered a 80% return. I'm curious why they don't want their clothes back, but honestly shipping will be about as expensive to just take the 80% return. All communications were prompt and clear. I am relieved that this happened for me this way. I want people to know it might not end up badly, so don't panic and stress yourself about it.

Your company should take off its blinders and read the plethora of "honest" customer reviews throughout social media~~ NOTHING over 1-star, and even that is pushing it. Shame on you for your bogus ads, dishonest descriptions of merchandise, deceitful photoshopping, and NONEXISTENT customer service. In closing, Gomer says "Hey!" & "SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!"

I really enjoy browsing through the rotita website. I always seem to find something great value for money, the quality of the product doesn't seem to disappoint either. The sales are absolutely amazing; the delivery times are worth the wait after all. I really recommend this website and buying experience to everyone, from all age ranges and sizes. The customer service is also very good, I once had and enquiry and they responded straight away. Their clothes looked unique and trendy at a ridiculously low price so I thought for sure I'd be disappointed when my order finally arrived. The order came quickly and everything was very well made! I thought that if I was lucky enough to like the items that they would be poorly made but I was surprisingly wrong. Every single item I ordered gets compliments every time I wear it (seriously, every single time) and is unlike any of the other items my friends all get from the same mall stores. I was so glad I tried this site and will continue to share it with my friends!

I've bought a few items from rotita (jeans, blouses...) over the last few months and am pleased to say I'd be happy to recommend the site for shopping. The products arrived in good order and in reasonable time. The order was processed immediately and delivered within two weeks. Just be conscious of size variations. Pricing is decent so making up for mistakes isn't such a worry; especially of you have friends of similar size.

I received my first order very fast. It was packaged nicely, the clothes didnt have a smell, no rips, no tears, fast shipment, the dress fit me better than i thought and they also message me once I received my item to make sure everything was correct and okay. I have already made another order; will definitely continue to use this website! Great experience!

This company has horrible reviews and they have been getting away with scamming customers for quite some time. It's obvious that they are China based sending out clothing that's of poor quality. It's time to file your complaints to the FTC along with other agencies to support shutting down these scams. Liligal will continue their online store as long as we just write reviews and do nothing else. You have taken a financial loss due to a purchase online that wasn't worth the wait. Its time to fight back and it has to start with your complaints to the FTC.

I first order 2 dresses was very pleased, so I order again, horrible dresses didn't fit asked for a return ticket number paid to have them returned in June. Never received refund. Contacted pay pay they want me to keep what I already returned and keep half my money. Doesn't make sense they have the merchandise. If you order anything make sure you are short or the item is full length. Also they run very small.

Ordered item 5/9/17 and received several weeks later (shipped from China). Did not fit so went to website to return but did not submit "ticket" until 6/6/17. Meanwhile, had attempted to contact their Riverside, Calif. Ph.# *******551) but my messages (three) were not answered. A message on Pay Pal (where I had paid) said to contact them (address supplied). In checking their site again, I saw that on 6/13/17 they had left message saying they would send me the return address if I requested, which I did. On 6/14 they sent the return address and requested I send them the tracking number (package + tracking number sent 6/21. Cost: $8.35). On 6/22 I received an email from them (didn't have to go to their website) saying my ticket had been updated. On 6/24 I received another email again saying my ticket had been updated, and another on the same day said issuing refund ("you may not receive the refund immediately"). Refund sent to Pay Pal 6/24. Two days later I was able to have Pay Pal return the refund to my bank account.
On 7/1/17 there was a knock at the door and the postman returned my package to me. The explanation was... "refused!"

I ordered from this company. Not only was shipping quick, product as described. I made an incorrect order number for an item that I wanted, and received the item according to the number, not the desire. And yet, their customer service responded immediately numerous times AND offered me half refund on MY mistake! A+++

Half of order was delayed. NO explanation given. Two items marked XXL. Even ordered larger than what I normally wear just in case. What a joke! Could not get one over my head; the other blouse was so tight across my chest and in the sleeves. Little Chinese people who make these have no clue what REALLY big sizes are. St. Vincent de Paul thrift store is getting two brand new tops to sell. No receipts in the packages in order to return. Have to go on screwy website to try to return things! Never again

I was originally excited to order from this company but I got my products and The sizes are all off, the quality of the 2 bathing suits I got were well below what I expected. The shipping took so long I almost thought I got scammed out of money. Super disappointed and won't be ordering from them again.

The Rotita.com website is well-organized, easy to use, and shows accurate photos of the items for sale. Their website is very user friendly and they offer a point system for further savings. I've ordered things from rotita.com before and haven't had any issues. Yes the free shipping can take one month for you to get the items because they are coming from overseas, but the shipping is free. You can pay for faster shipping and get your items quicker. Clothes are cute. Give it a try.

Rotita is good for women. I wouldn't go there if you don't know what you are looking for. They have very fancy clothing with a couple other options. I get all my clothes from their and have been happy with the services.
