Bad company. Poor products--shapeless and too big. Bad return policy--you pay postage IF you an get a return address out of them. Correspondence by complicated set of 'tickets'. Really bad.
Finally got a 50% refund in lieu of sending product back to Shanghai for between A$14-21 postage. Was offered an 80% refund if I changed my review first. Ah, no.
This site accepted my order and money, then asked for an "alternative shipping address". I live in the UK, I have had orders shipped here from various parts of the world without problem. But Rotita say my address is not compatible with their shipping methods! If they don't deliver to the UK then they should state that fact BEFORE they accept your money. Total scam! Glad I used Paypal, at least I should get my money back.

Returning process is ridiculous! I have been stuck with 2 bathing suits because it takes almost 30 days to get your product and they tell you you have 30 days to make a return. Good luck with that! Plus the return process if horrible if you do have time. This should teach us why we should buy in America!
