Don't waste your money. At first I was tempted with their prices but their quality worth much less. All the jewelries I ever bought from them broke after max 3 months of only few times used within this time... A ring got broken (never happened before that a ring will break...), A gold necklace broke, a stone necklace broke all apart... A Bangles bracelets lost all the gold color that was on them and remain silver... And thank God I returned the rest of the order because in reality they looked far from how they looked online... So my birthday jewelries gift went down the drain and I wish I was checking the reviews about them before I wasted my money...
Ross and Simons has a lot of affordable jewelries. The pieces always look more expensive than they really are. I always get mine when they are on sale and they would always email me if it is backordered (law of supply and demand) and they give you an option to cancel due to it being backordered. My experience so far has been pleasant.
I ordered two items from them. Both of them were re-work. They did not specify on their website that the items I got were actually used item they bought from customers and re-worked. The re-work was poor enough for me to see the defects. One of amber earrings was soldered and I could see a dark spot on the gold in the place of soldering. The other item - silver bracelet - was also with a defect that I could see after careful examination. I guess nobody would see it on my jewelries but I don't want to buy used items and the company should be clear enough advertising their products.
To their credit, they e-mailed the paid shipping label to return those items back. They issued a full refund pretty quickly. I was satisfied with their customer service during our communication. But what a loss of time and disappointment! Will never buy anything from them anymore.

About a month ago, I ordered an emerald ring for a friend's birthday, and they sent me a completely different ring.It took about 2 weeks to get a return label, and I just found out the ring is back ordered and I won't get it until July! Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again.
I bought a necklace from ross simons and they said it will take 7 to 10 business days for the package to arrive. Its been a lot longer than that and they do not give you a tracking number. I called customer service twice and they were no help at all. I will no longer buy expensive items online, i will only buy from a brick and mortar store from now on.
