Lovely light green ring looks better in person and fits well! Hint - this ring would also be great in pure white or lavender. Nice generous width, it looks substantial but not over the top. Thanks very much!

Buying gold jewelry on-line is usually a little challenging but I don't know how it would be easier unless a R*S brick and mortar store was available. There used to be one in Christiana Mall in Newark DE; however, it closed some time ago. Now that would be great but would probably cause me to spend more. So OK it's probably best to leave things the way they are.(smile)

Seamless process. However, ordered an item previously before the deadline for Christmas delivery but did not receive my order till after the promised delivery date. I hope any delivery issues have been rectified. Thank you.

Fair pricing and ease of search/sort criteria. Was disappointed in the packaging. A very nice wrapping and ribbon, but chain necklace was still in the plastic and just laid carelessly within (not arranged into the clips, etc.)

I have done business with Ross-Simons for many years going back to when they were on QVC. I was always satisfied with the quality of my purchases. Th last two items I have ordered have been flawed. The sterling silver paper clip earring had a faulty clutch. The bunny earrings I just received had a bent ear wire. I have remedied both situations because of the hassle to return them. I am questioning your quality control.

My husband gave me a lovely, long gold necklace with black beads and aqua crystals. I wanted some dangle earrings to use with it. The ones I found at Ross Simmons are lovely! They are smaller than what I was expecting, but are beautifully exquisite.

Ordering is very easy process. Products are good quality. I wish they would use larger closing pieces. The spring hinge is small as is the end ring to clasp making it difficult to handle and engage the two.

I thought the ordering system was very confusing. Pop-ups of other merchandise really frustrated me. I knew what I wanted & just wanted to order that piece. You have beautiful things but I cannot afford everything I want.

Do not use USPS if you are promising me a delivery by a particular holiday. They are undependable. I needed these 3 items for presenting on Valentines and two consecutive days. Since they were late, Valentine's day and the next day were spoiled. Very disappointed but not surprised in USPS... Even Amazon only uses them when nothing else can be used. Follow their lead, please.

I am a returning customer of Ross Simon. I am very happy with my purchase. I love pearls and these earrings are simple elegance. I love the movement the lower pearl provides and the diamond gives it a little bling. The backs are normal size and easy for aging hands to put on. These earrings are a new favorite and I will be wearing them often.

I've been looking for the perfect birthday gift for my friend who was born on St Patrick's Day -- and you had that beautiful emerald/citrine ring and the emerald drop ear wires. They are perfect, and I can't wait to see my friend's face when she opens the box/pouch.
Since I was at that, I also ordered the trio of ear wires -- one sapphire (for me), one emerald (for Rori), and one ruby (for my 24-hour twin Penelope). They're an unusual shape, which is perfect.
