I purchased the magnet type closures in both gold & silver that attach to my necklaces. They had become difficult for me to do between my nails & my fingers not working due to aging. With my purchase, the problem is solved! I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased a diamond cross for the Easter holiday. When I opened the cross, I immediately was disappointed in the quality of the diamonds. The diamonds are cloudy. In addition, the clasp is a spring ring style. It was very, very SMALL thus making it hard to put on. I have purchased several items from RS, including expensive pieces. This is the first time I was disappointed in my decision to purchase what I thought would be a good purchase for the money. The usual diamond quality was absent, and the chain was very cheap. I wish there had been a better-quality chain to purchase with the cross. Overall. I would not purchase a clearance item unless it was a truly better investment.

I've ordered a couple of things from RS and it's always been a positive experience. High quality pieces, great prices and no issues with shipping. I'll definitely be buying more from them in the future!

Purchased this ring as a gift to my Grand daughter for her senior class ring. It is more beautiful in person than shown online. She absolutely loves it. The ring design is so unique. Thank your customer service personnel for all their help. They were terrific to work with.

I have been shopping online at Ross-Simons for over 30 years now. I like that it is a family run business and they have very good customer service. I like to know exactly what I am getting and in what quality. They always give the customer the full description of each piece including a full diamond description in pieces that contain diamonds. It is peace of mind knowing that I can trust this company. I had one broken piece in a tube gold hoop many years ago, called and they replaced it immediately. No problem at all. I am so pleased to be able leave their beautiful jewelry as a legacy to my granddaughters someday. Thank you, Ross-Simons!

Ross Simone is one of the few good old jewelers left. They have high quality products. I am so pleased they advertise in the Wall Street Journal. That is how I learned they are still active. Their mail order works very well with prompt deliveries.

I've been reluctant to purchase jewelry online, not being able to see the actual pieces or know the reputation of the vendor. However, my wife wanted a specific type of necklace that would have been hard to find locally, if at all. I opened up a chat session with a Ross-Simons rep and immediately felt at ease in placing my order. The web description had all the detail I needed about the necklace and the customer service rep indicated that my order would ship within one day, which it did. In fact my order arrived a day ahead of the date predicted by the rep. The necklace is as nice or nicer than depicted on the web site, appearing to be a quality piece and nice value. I would not hesitate to order again from Ross-Simons.

I have been ordering from here for years and never a disappointment. Sometimes I order for myself, other times, it's for family. My two grandsons both ordered estate diamonds for their wives engagement rings and were not disappointed. Larger stones and unique settings.

Once located, I found it difficult to relocate when I wanted to purchase. Could have been an oversight on my part and competitive interference.
The purchasing process seemed a little clumsy; however, what I want and what my computer interjects are not always the same. It all worked and I am happy with the outcome.

My past experiences with RS have been very good. I was very disappointed when one earring in my recent purchase ended up with a broken hinge on its first wearing. There is no way these earrings can be worn again. Big waste of money. Too bad.

I've ordered several items and have been very pleased with them. This most recent purchase was disappointing. The problem is it was difficult to determine the size from the picture. I was looking to replace my favorite hoops.

I started using Ross-Simons when remembering my mother talking about them after she visited New York. They have everything you could possibly want at a terrific price. Just the place to go to find something lovely to treat yourself. The earrings were the second piece I bought and were of excellent quality, as was the ring.

Ross-Simon's website it super easy and functional to use. Their shipping is great everything was packaged beautifully and delivered very quick. I ordered a toe ring and have worn it for about a week in the shower and all over (I have not taken it off since the day I got it) and it hasn't tarnished or turned my skin green at all when normally with a low quality product they would've tarnished and turned the skin green by now especially after the shower but not Ross-Simon's product! I will definitely be ordering more!

I purchased a BEAUTIFUL gold cuff bracelet... It is not solid gold - gold over silver. I do not regret my purchase, but I wish that it came with instructions on how to extend the life of the gold exterior g... Tips on maintenance, what to avoid, how to clean, etc. Item was just as pictured... at a good price... arrived timely and was packaged well. I would not change a thing.

I purchased 2 of these precious eternity bands, which worked perfectly with another ring I wanted to wear them with. I was able to wear them for 2 days before noticing that one f the bands was missing 4 stones and the other one was missing two stones. I immediately called customer service, who addressed my concerns, but was unable to replace them, since they were out of stock. I was given a return label for repair, and have only just returned them. I don't have any outcome at this time; however, I have done business with Ross Simons for several years, and I feel like they'll "pony up" and get the repair done or exchange the bands for something else.

I have 5 stack rings. All silver. Beautiful so far fit together well. I will wear them several times and pray that they don't tarnish or turn. So far I'm happy and if these do well, I'm going to order some in gold as well.

From the online experience, purchase, and delivery, everything went as expected with excellent communication throughout. I look forward to more purchases from Ross-Simon's, as their products are beautiful and properly priced. You get what you pay for and then some.
