I've shopped with Ross- simons before and had a good experience. This time, however I can not say the same. The delivery timeframe was horrible, customer service was not the best and when I received the item, it was not what I wanted or expected. The gold was EXTREMELY yellow. I called to get a return label, after my being able to download it for myself, and found out I have to pay to return the item and shipping cost will be deducted as well. I considered keeping the bracelet, but after the less than pleasurable experience, I've decided to return it. Not sure if I'll shop with RS again!
We regret you were not happy with your service for order # I9187096. We show this order was placed on Monday 2/17/25 and shipped the next day Tuesday 2/18/25 and delivered on Tuesday 2/25/25 within 5 business days from ship date. UPS does show there was a 1 day delay due to severe weather while in transit that was beyond our control.
We do know things can look and feel different upon receipt and offer our 30-day return policy. The label provided has a postage fee of $4.95 or you ship it back another way at your expense. We also offer our VIP membership which includes free return labels for members. Private message sent.

Their shipping choices are not the best! The shipping model is very inefficient (package goes from UPS to USPS, and takes significantly longer than shown in the tracking app).
