The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
These hoop earrings are very thin and light - not like the ones I have purchased in the past few years. The hook does not always secure. Not loving them.
Easy and the pictures with the models wearing earrings or rings are optimal… So hard to buy something online and then be disappointed when you get it home because it didn't look the way you thought it would… Ross Simmons does it well!

I did not order any gemstones, only precious metals. The quality of the items I chose appeared to be very good, but until the jewelry has been worn and cleaned, this is not something that can be known. The gifts I ordered arrived quickly. They were nicely boxed with felt bags inside of the boxes, and the jewelry inside the felt bags. It felt as if there were something very special inside - well done on the part of Ross-Simons. My granddaughters enjoyed opening their jewelry gifts. They were very happy with them.
Loyalty deserves a discount not just being a new customer. I would have received $30 off if I was a 1st time customer. I have spent several thousand and will continue to buy from your site.
The ordering process was super easy but the bracelet I ordered didn't last a month. I get that it's delicate but nothing crazy was done to cause the break. Wouldn't purchase again.
