I got my order timely and it was what I ordered. Unfortunately the necklace and cross was too small and I returned the necklace and cross. I have not yet received my credit.

These were exactly what I was looking for as a gift to my Mother. She absolutely loved them. Don't let their size fool you-they're sparkly and a must have!

The two pairs of earrings came separately about a week apart; but, that is very common nowadays. One pair of earrings came in good condition. However, the gold over silver celestial earrings were dirty, very tarnished. I thought to return them at first. Since it was a Christmas gift, I didn't have time for exchanges. I got some jewelry cleaners that work on gold plating. It took an hour to clean the tarnish on something that should have come shiny. The yellow looked too dark when it arrived. One of the earrings looked like it had been worn before and left a dark grey mark, because no one cleaned it before packing it for sale. It was disgusting and disappointing. I thought to contact the company and the Better Business Bureau depending on the response. If the heavy tarnish didn't come off, I would have done so.This is never how jewelry should be sold anywhere.

These earrings are beautiful! The website was easily navigated and the description was accurate. The earrings arrived as scheduled. They look like the real deal!

Love the quality and the uniqueness of the jewelry. Also love that I can find gold and silver combo pieces

I ordered a necklace and ring. Necklace was a winner, ring was not. I shipped back and when I see credit on my CC I will order a different ring I also liked

The ring I ordered arrived on time. It is exactly what I expected. The ring is well made, stylish and fun to wear. It was just what I needed to complete the formal look I was aiming for.

Another beautiful ring! This is my third purchase with this company and I've never been disappointed! I love all of their jewelry! Very happy with my new ring!

Received bracelet but was very disapointed in the quality of the item. Finish was of poor quality for the price. Returned item per instructions on 12/19. Hope to see it credited ASAP on my credit card so I can go find something else somewhere for my wife for Christmas

Earrings were received on time. Somehow looked a lot bigger on the picture that showed a model wearing it so that was a bit disappointing, however, still noticeable and cute!

Although the product was of high quality, it was disappointing that it was not as delicate as the catalog photo.

I ordered three items for a specific event outfit:
1. Multi-metal ring: the overlapping bands (one with diamonds) are very, very thin. You have to look hard to see anything is there! It looks & feels like it came out of a box of cracker jacks…
2. Drop earrings look cheap up close. Might be Okay if I wear them where light is low. Still deciding. Nope,I was wrong. There is nothing here that catches light in a good way.
3. Station necklace was shipped in a bag, so it's tangled. Right now, it, too, looks cheap. The chain is awful.
I guess it's time to call RS since they did not respond to my original review…

The earrings were good the necklace to thin I expected the cross to be bigger as well. Not what I expected as far as the necklace

Shopped for earrings to match other pieces, was attracted to peridot ring while shopping, both pieces are as beautiful as depicted with accurate gem colors and beautiful workmanship in the gold.

Very nice ring. She loves rose gold and her birthstone was the icing on the cake. Tha sparkle from the diamonds took it over the top.

Online shopping was very easy. My purchases are beautiful. They arrived the exact date I wanted them.

Beautiful jewelry, my wife likes it. She only wants earrings that don't fall off easily, these are wonderful
