The earrings were perfect, however what I did not receive was the coupon for $50 you advertise the day I ordered the earrings. Can you rectify that please.

The only jewelry purveyor I have found that offers small, medium, and large bracelet sizes for women right in their catalog. Also, they take that little extra step in satisfaction by sending their jewelry in nice sturdy boxes with very nice little fabric pouches...which lends an air of exclusivity and really impresses the ladies...just like the guys with the little blue boxes do...but at a price I can afford.

I have been a loyal customer for a few years now and I have never been disappointed in my jewelry selections for myself or as gifts. When my Family Physician retired in December of 2024, I gave her a sterling silver and pearl necklace as a retirement and thank you gift. She was thrilled with it. I also bought one for myself 2 or 3 years ago and wear it with love.

I buy a lot of jewelry from you. I am usually very satisfied. These earrings are tinier than I expected. I like them, but expected a larger mm gold ball. I still like them.

I received the chain as ordered, but, I am a little disappointed that it tends to get little kinks in the chain which I am continually having to straighten.

I ordered a ring and a pair of earrings with the lab created diamonds. I was disappointed with the lack of sparkle from these stones. I returned both.

I was disappointed in the quality of the ring. The baguettes were different sizes, no sparkle, and not symmetrical. This affected the whole look of the ring.

Although the chain is beautiful, Ross Simon's needs to have a lobster catch that is larger. The lobster catch that is there now is tiny and not user friendly

I received exactly what I ordered. If I would have paid attention to the measurements I would have ordered a larger size and wider. But the bracelet is beautiful.

Very easy process, step by step. Hope for the same easy process with my return/refund! The gold overlay is too brassy...

Return process needs to be updated. Having to speak to a representative to get the reference number needed for the return, seems a bit antiquated. Also have to pay shipping charges for the return.

I got my order timely and it was what I ordered. Unfortunately the necklace and cross was too small and I returned the necklace and cross. I have not yet received my credit.
