I purchased 1 (ONE) item from this company. THEN I read the reviews and was glad that I had spent less than $15 on my 1 item. Today is week 3, I have not yet received my item and according to the shipping comments, my item is being shipped from the NEATHERLANDS! As of today, when tracking my order number on the website provided by their shipper, it states, "This item is Pre-Advised". No one, as of today's date has been able to tell me what this means! I am now receiving advertisements from this company via email. When I call the Support Center number listed at the bottom of their ad, *******925 (USA), all I get is a recording asking for me to leave a message! I don't know what kind of racket these people are running, but I'm glad I'm only out a few dollars. I will NEVER order from this company again, and will NEVER recommend them to anyone! I hope if you are considering ordering from these people that you have better service than I've had.
I ordered four items, I was extremely pleased with 3 out of the 4. The price I paid was minimal. Two of the items were better in person that on the website. The item in person looks much more classier once I tried them on. I had an issue with one particular dress which tore immediately after putting it on.
The clothes were beautiful that I received. I was not able to fit everything I ordered because I did not see the fitting chart before I ordered the clothing and it is made smaller than the sizes I usually buy. I was able to fit one shirt of the four I received and am still waiting for two products I have not received still. It is all beautiful soft material however.
The website is pretty user friendly and the merchandise is very fashionable and unique. I have made and initial order and received two items which I love and are of good qiuality. Both look great on, and I have received numerous favorable comments about them. The only caveat is the sizing, if you are not small framed, MAKE SURE you order two sizes up. (ie if you wear an American size Large - select 2XL for a more appropriate fit.) IF NOT you will be giving the item to your petite friend. But you'll love the merchandise.
The ABSOLUTE WORST online shopping experience you'll ever have. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you're outside of China!
Horrible company. Ordered and Paid on 8/25. Won't answer emails. Finally got someone on the phone that doesn't speak English very well... Nor do they understand what you are saying. I have been asking for a refund for 3 days now and all the lady on the phone will say is... "I refund. I refund." STAY AWAY if you don't want to waste your money.

I have been asked by Rosewholesale to change my review yet again. They are obviously monitoring my review. But I refuse to bullsh$# and pretty up a scam. Yes they gave me a refund of my money, after I managed to stop hundreds of people (within a matter of 2 days) from wasting their money. This is not the ONLY site that I have given a review on, and I went directly to companies in which I knew were about to place an order. I did warn them that they scammed the wrong person this time. Karma is a b%$#! Isn't it. This is NOT the ONLY review about them, see other reviews on this site from other people. An honest company DOES NOT get reviews like this. So sorry ROSEWHOLESALE, but I am NOT going to glorify your scam. I will however, give my honest opinion.
This is a total scam! Do not order they are being investigated. Any positive review you see is put on by them. Paypal gave me my money back after the run around from them. They have many names... Scam... Do not lose your money. They do not deserve one star!
Like many, I have experiencing problems ordering from this site. Seven weeks after the order and nothing. Sent one inquiry through their customer support centre and the response was to wait. After waiting another four weeks, I sent another ticket and no response. Very disappointing.
If you insist on ordering from this website, make sure you (1) pay through PayPal and (2) if you do not receive your goods within 45 days, file a dispute with PayPal so you can get your money back. Do not delay or wait beyond the 45 day window.

They are scamming you, and you will not receive your items, and what you do receive will be cheap, tiny, and you will lose your money. They do not return, they do not email you back. I PROMISE YOU WILL BE SORRY AND LOSE YOUR CASH.
If it is too late and you already bought, Pay Pal will not help you either. You need to call your credit card/bank and tell them about the fraud, then let them handle it. DONT BUY FROM CHINA ETC. YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE AND YOU WILL SPEND HOURS TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS. If the price looks too good to be true, it's because it is! Nothing is that cheap that is of value!

I ordered lots of clothes and accessories from them in August and i received two packages days ago... I m still waiting for another two...
To be honest the customer service never neglected my emails and they responded after maximum 24 hours... The problem is that the pictures look waaaay better then the real items... They match as a model but the picture shows the fabric to be good quality while in reality it is not... fair enough for the price... I can't say i was fooled because when u pay 9$ for a dress u should expect an equal quality...
So my advice for you is that if u are used to high quality fabrics do not believe the quality u see in the pictures because u won't get it at the end and avoid this website... because u will never wear what u buy from them and u will end up losing ur money even if the amount is minimal... BUT if u don't mind wearing low quality fabrics go ahead...

Ordered July 2014 and still have not received myorder or heard back from them. Got an email August 19 th saying it was shipped and that there was a tracking number attached. There is no tracking number in the email. I looked online and it says my order was shipped on October 8th. Really? Cause that's almost a month away. I expect that I threw my money away. Based on my experience so far and that of others, i am going to contact Facebook to try and get them to remove this bogus company. Please do the same!

One of my orders came after a month, other came in less than 10 days but it says between 15 and 25 business days so I was warned.
Be aware that the sizes are minimized compared to the European and American clothes and be careful with the sizes. Most of the time the information is there and so far all the things I've ordered fits me (10+ dresses).
