This website somehow used an old debit card to charge me for six clearly fraudulent orders in one day. I caught the charges while still "pending" on my card and alerted my bank who cancelled the false charges and my card. Somehow, this site sneaked around the cancellation and used some other technique to withdraw against my account. The bank told me they had never seen anything like it before. I had never heard of rosewholesale.com before and can only guess how they got my card details or what methods they used to circumvent my banks fraud protection. Either way, stay away from this merchant!

I ordered a 16.95$ order. Than, they added a 21.81$ transportation fee. I agreed to pay that fee, because products were really inexpensive.
Once shipped, I receive another 21.86$ invoice from transporter for custom fee.
When I wrote to custom service, they answer me it was in them policy import taxes so I have to pay. But I will not pay, Im just pistoff

In my last review of Rose wholesalers, I wrote that my refund was waiting for me. I never did get that refund. They have stopped communicating with me. Undoubtedly this is a scam company. Do not buy from them! The reviews are correct and there are many. I returned the items packaged in the same packaging and done everything the company required for returns, I am almost two years without resolution.
