I highly recommend that nobody purchase anything from RoseWholesale.
I ordered a halloween dress off of them on October 1st which was shipped out October 5th, when they sent me an email saying it would take 8 to 15 business days, After said days when I went to the site they directed me to, I found it had no tracking information past October 8th, and according to canada post there is no package with that number in existence.
I informed RoseWholesale and requested a refund, however they are unwilling to do anything until November 5th, and have basically said that by the 8-15 business days, what they really meant was 10-20 business days (Which have still more than passed).
I am quite distraught over this- I just wanted to get myself a nice dress for Halloween (Even paid extra for better shipping so it'd get here on time) and now I'm just sitting here- Two days before halloween- Sad and wearing a dress I can wear any time of the year.
They screwed me here- It sucks, but it is what it is. All I want right now is to share my story, so that no one else has the same story to tell.

Our band manager wanted us to order some clothes from this site. He said he used them before. I ordered on the 19 of October, he ordered days later - he got his on the 27th of October. I check on my order, they say was shipped part and backordered part. Tracking number not valid, website contact forms don't work, phone number didn't work. Very disappointing. Communication is key, and I ordered to have for this weekend based on the delivery date. We were wanting if this order worked out to order more for an entire band.

I bought 2 shirts from rosewholesale on the 10-7-17 so that I would have something nice to wear for my 1yr wedding anniversary. Here it is 10-23-17 my wedding anniversary and my items still haven't shown. I wrote the company a compliment and got a BS response about how it takes time and be patient. They said they shipped the items on the 11th, but FedEx prices that a lie when they told me the items shipped today. I have ordered items in China and had them come faster. I'm hoping the items themselves are okay, but after the experience so far I am not expecting to much.

Now Im no stranger to Asian websites for buying things so I already know to go a size or two up from the usual, and its worked out perfectly so far. The quality for everything ive bought has been the same if not far better than much higher-priced similar clothing at stores Ive been to in person! I love this store, the only gripe I have is how long shipping takes (expect about a month or a bit less) but if you get everything enough in advance its no issue personally.

Horrible customer service, I bought a swimsuit in may and they refused my complaint because they said it had been too long since my order. But they set the shipping date to say it would not be here for a very long time, that way you won't know should complain till after the 3 months they say you have to lodge a complaint.
