Had wrong address and it was addressed right away and corrected
I ordered an item on March 22, with a guaranteed paid shipping date no later than April 5. I paid for the shipping. April 5th comes around and my item hasn't shipped, now they are saying by April 11th I was told by two customer service agents that they would refund my shipping, then I receive an email stating they will not and to wait until April 28th! I can't seem to get a manager on the phone, and can't seem to get any real assistance for why it isn't shipping.
