This is the most disappointing purchase I have recently made. The bra is not adjustable (not behind and not the straps), so straps simply fall off. The cups don't have support. The bottom is way too big and has a different layout than on the photo. The dress is so tiny that doesn't even close in the middle. This is the worst purchase. Rosewe is a scam, I wish I never bought from them.

I have purchased clothing for several years from Rosewe and I am generally very happy with all of their products and their prices. However, I recently ordered 2 dresses and 1 of the dresses had a defective zipper and I was given a label to ship the dress back to them. So I did that and waited for my refund, they deducted almost $10 from my refund and I complained about that because the item was defective, I should not have to pay anything for a defective dress. I have gone back and forth for over 2 weeks on this issue. Then to top it off, I had asked them to just put the credit on my account so that I could use it towards ordering something else, but the fools decided to then take the credit and transfer it to my paypal account and now the deducted another $2 for some stupid fee. I am beyond irritated with them. You can never actually talk to anyone, they give you the run around constantly. Then while I was dealing with this whole me I noticed that they had charged me $10 on another item that I had placed a pre-order on, Rosewe cancelled the order for whatever the reason and proceeded to charge me for something I never got and then it took several messages back and forth to correct their mistake (again not my fault) and finally they agreed to give me back my money but they would not credit me back on my account they want to send it to my pay pal. Am I going to ever see my money? Am I going to get charged another $2 fee? I am soooooooooooooooooo irritated!
I ordered 2 swimsuits and still haven't received them over a month later. I am really disappointed since they were for a vacation which I will not be able to use the for. The pricing is average and I have no idea regarding the quality since I'm still waiting. The return process seems painful and they will charge 9.99 to do it. I would highly recommend to just buy your items elsewhere. SHEIN has decent quality, better prices and you will receive your items within a week or 2 at most.
The customer service at Rosewe is wonderful. I had purchased the wrong size of clothing, but when I emailed Rosewe to ask them if it can be changed, they responded to my question and changed my order to the correct size. Not a lot of companies do this - You have to wait to get your merchandise then send it back to exchange. Thank you Rosewe!

I ordered 2 dresses in march, i paid £11.99 for "express" delivery. As needed these for a wedding in april. My estimated delivery date was 7th April. I STILL have not recieved my items.

After a very long wait on my product I realized the material wasn't even worth putting on my puppy. The pictures are downloaded from other places or sites and the clothes doesn't remotely resemble the picture. I would never order from them again nor would I recommend it to anyone. In any case if you like wasting money then by all means here's the place for you

Answer: I would never buy from them. If you want to return something they only give you 30% back! The dress I purchased didn't even fit. It was made so poorly that it wouldn't fit anyone! The arm holes were way to small and the material laid awkward.

Answer: Amber you won't receive it or you will receive something and you will want a refund because the clothes look like s@#t! You may just get a piece of fabric not even sawn on! Then you are going to request a refund and they will tell you that you will need to pay for the shipping and to re-consider the refund as it is not worth the extra fee (weird). Once you send it back they will pretend that they have never received it even though I sent mine back on registered mail and someone actually signed for it and I got notified. I don't think I will ever see my money back! They are a bunch or scumbags!
