First nay I say how happy I am to find a website with women's dresses that are tasteful and consider modesty in the design. This fat, the fabrics selected are not cheap looking and do not feel itchy. However, it took a really long time for me to receive my order. Shipping was not seamless. It would be helpful if the customer could sign up for tracking info at checkout and receive text updates on the order. Professional women in my area have very few local options regarding appropriate, stylish, age appropriate, affordable workwear and party wear. Romwe is doing great work. Thank you.

I had a different billing and shipping address so Rosewe contacted me to make sure it was a legitimate order. We quickly came together to realize it was and there was no hold up on my order. Also everyone was very polite and professional! Larger companies should take note!

I order 3 items and paid expedited shipping so I could have them before going to Miami. I was told I would receive the items between April 1-8,2022. This was perfect because I leave for Miami on April 9. I get an email from Rosewe on April 5, saying that due to Mother's Day sale I would not get my items on April 8, but instead, I would receive them on April 11. I'll be in Miami then. I wanted the items to wear in Miami. No one has offered to refund my $15 expedited shipping costs. At this point, I don't want the items anymore and I will be canceling my order. Mother's Day is in MAY! What does that have to do with the items I ordered to be delivered in April. They are full of crap!

I really like Rosewe. Last year I ordered 2 swimsuits from them and loved them both. This year when I ordered one only the top was delivered but as soon as I emailed Rosewe they answered back in the same day and fixed the problem.
I forgot to clear my order before submitting a new order and Order two additional things I did not need. I contacted Customer Service through the web answered some simple questions pertaining to my issue. Within 24 hours my order was updated and my refund was received. Sunshine put a smile on my face and brighten my day! Best service ever!

I ordered a bathing suit and it had a tear, at the same time I realized the size was not right, I had ordered a small but needed a medium. The company graciously sent me a new suit in my right size to replace the small. Turn around time was only a couple weeks. Now I have my suite for Vegas! Thank you!
