Don't waste your time

I ordered a swimsuit on March 10th. I asked for the 6-7day shipping and the item said that it would leave the warehouse within 24 hours. I would be leaving to go on a trip on March 22nd and thought this seemed like plenty of time for the swimsuit to arrive. I was wrong. Here it is, April 10th, and I STILL do not have my swimsuit. Not only that, but they are giving me the runaround, telling me back on March 25th that the order had shipped. Well, it has been in "pre-shipment" ever since then. The customer service department will not help. They just continue asking me to wait. I have asked for the item for free for the inconvenience, but they have ignored my requests, literally not even responding to what I asked. Today, I sent a message in an online chat asking for a supervisor, the girl who responded told me the supervisor was on vacation, when I confronted her asking for someone else, she disconnected the chat. This company is awful. I will never order from them again. I don't even expect to get my swimsuit, let alone the refund.

Rosewe attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I recently wrote a negative review of Rosewe.com because I received an inferior quality item from them. Their site says: "Full Refunds. We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault." The problem is that you have to ship it back to China to get the refund.
Initially they refused a refund through Pay Pal but after my review on sitejabber they responded quickly with a partial refund which was all that I had asked for since they had shipped it all the way from China. I appreciate their effort to be fair and I hope that this was a rare case on their part.

Further to my previous reviews I finally received my order from Rosewe.com. As mentioned before I placed an order with Rosewe. Com. On 16th of Feb 2017 and after much tooing and froing and getting PayPal involved, I finally received the order (now April.) 5 pieces of jewellery at a cost of $73.53AUD. I opened the package and found that there were broken beads and damaged items. Most of these items were to be gifts. The Birthday celebrations are long gone! Some may advise the I return these goods, but to be honest with the amount of hassle I've have getting them I don't think I really want to even bother. I just want to warn everyone that it has been my experience that every time I have had anything to do with this Company there has been a problem.

I was excited to get my order but when I got it I was disappointed in the quality of the merchandise, the material was poor grade and they used the cheap discoloured buttons. The size ran 4" smaller than the sizes in inches they provided as listed on their site. I was embarrassed at the poor quality. I tried to get a "ticket" but it kept rejecting my email address. I responded to the order they sent me and they responded quickly but told me I could only get a 60% refund. I went to mail the merchandise back today by Canada Post, cheapest would cost me $66.00 and take two months to get there. It wasn't worth it for me. I will never order from them again. I am out $75.00 of my hard earned money. Return address is TANG TIAOLOU, Room 2019, #15-3 Building, 999 Ningqiao Road, Pudong, Shanghai *******, China. I hope future customers will not order from them. Don't order anything from China. And don't order from some place that won't give you 100% of their return policy.

I ordered a layered maxi-dress from them. What I received was not as pictured. The outer layer was faded and should never have been shipped out to a customer. Several attempts were made to get this resolved (only e-mail), but to no avail. I requested a return address, and was ignored. I am not spending $100+ to send back to the China return address not he package. I have since turned it over to my credit card company as a dispute. Do not buy from this company!

I ORDERED 2 THINGS FROM THIS COMPANY. IT TOOK 3 MONTHS TO GET THE MERCHANDISE. THE DRESS WAS 2 DIFFERENT COLORS AND THE SHIRT WAS NOT THE CORRECT SIZE. I CONTACTED THEM TO RETURN THE ITEMS TO THEM AND ASKED FOR A REFUND. THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND 10% OF MY MONEY. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I DID NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED AND ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND. I WAS TOLD THAT IF I SHIP THE MERCHANDISE BACK TO THEM, THEY WOULD REFUND SOME OF MY MONEY. I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS NOW AND STILL THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY. THIS IS PROBABLY THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. I WILL TELL ANYONE THAT EVEN THINKS ABOUT ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY TO STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM IT AS YOU CAN GET.

A scam!

I purchased three swimsuits none of them fit wanted to return all of them. Opened a ticket haven't heard back it's been 2 weeks tried to open another ticket they won't call me back I have no phone number no address nothing. Spent over $70 and I have three swimsuits that don't fit. I will never do business with them again! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
