I should have been smarter! The Cardigan looked really pretty in the picture. Said I should have it in a few days, took about 2 1/2 wks, and it actually shipped to me from China! The tags on the cardigan are in Chinese. It must have been an extremely short person that the cardigan was modeled on because it looked to be about knee length, on me it was about 2 feet shorter than what the picture looked. The pockets placed higher up than they should also! Too much trouble to return, will just trash it & I learned my lesson!
I have been doing battle with numerous customer service reps for over 5 weeks now. I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my order and wanted a refund. They do not adhere to their refund policy even though it was their fault NOT mine. I have been getting email after email of game playing. It has been AWFUL and still has not been resolved!
Rosewe and Linkshe must be connected because they have exactly the same return process. They encourage you to not return the items to China, & cite the cost of shipping & over a month shipping time would not be worth it. They offer compensation instead, but do not say what it would be. LInkshe recommended I give it away or sell it. It's a risk on the quality of the products & the sizes are off. One blouse had metal grommets on the front & it immediately fell off. The other blouses were not correctly sized based on American standards... they run smaller.

I ordered an item on March 19, states it left China on March 25 and it is now April 12 and still has not arrived. This is a horrible time frame and no one replies back to you. Want my money back as I obviously am not getting the item
I waited over a month for my order to arrive and when it did I was very disappointed. The dress was an ugly color, didn't fit and the material was cheap and flimsy, very nasty feeling. I contacted to company asking for a refund and have so far not received any response. I should have known better. Don't order from this company.
Update: The day after posting this review I got an answer from Rosewe offering a full refund for my purchase which I have now received. They don't seem to want me to return my ugly dress. This just proves the power of Sitejabber. Thank you for helping me get my refund! I told Rosewe I would update my review stating that I got the refund. I still would advise not buying from this company.
I ordered and outfit on April 4th 2017 to wear for my birthday April 13th, 2017. I paid for regular shipping which would have reached me on time based on Rosewe website. After I paid for the item, I didn't get a confirmation receipt lile other online stores do.
The order has been saying processing since I purchase it. I have reached out multiple times to what minimal self-serviing customer service they have, and as soon as you creat a ticket it automatic closes with a status update of "we are experiencing longer than usual mailing time", then the status is automatically updated with closed. This pur hase is stressful and nerve wracking for me because I saw the online advertised on Facebook and now I'm thinking if this is a scam to get my credit card info.
Their prices are very cheap, and they do not charge me shipping fee. Delivery can take a few weeks, but this doesn't bother me.
I couldn't find a better price anywhere and when I had questions the customer service team was super quick to respond! Thank you for the great service that made shopping so easy!
