Took several weeks to get my order only to realize that it was coming from China in Chinese sizing. May as well have been for a Barbie doll. Tried to access my account at their site. Wouldn't accept my user/passwd. Never recvd a passwd reset link. And the site wouldn't let me create a new account no matter what email address I tried. I suppose it doesn't matter because the shipping will likely cost more than item and given the the other reviews, won't likely see a refund. Be forewarned!

Rosewe finally 45 days later gave me a full refund which I received before I closed the ticket. Thanks to advice on here. PayPal were involved but failed to get a refund. I succeeded as the dresss in question was nothing like the one advertised.

This company is deceitful and in the business to defraud customers. They indicate on their website they are located in New York City but when the order is placed is the first indication they are truly located in China. They bait you with professionally made clothing but send you clothes made of cheaper quality material two sizes too small having major construction flaws. It's a racket and they rely on the fact they are in China so we are unable to take action against them.

Well I've got news for them. They are using the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE and the postal inspectors will shut them down. If they can't mail their worthless junk here then they are out of business.

Stand your ground and contact the USPS POSTAL INSPECTORS.

Fits perfectly

Got this awesome cardigan today and I am totally in love with it! It fits perfectly and just looks great with black pants or Jeans, even with Shorts or a skirt. The material is very soft and the golden parts of the fabric have a light shimmer to them. A really great piece everyone should have.

Their clothes are very good quality. I had ordered one cable knit sweater and a cartoon print sweatshirt, color were same as the picture. But delivery took longer than I thought.

On 3/21/2017 I made an online purchase from Rosewe.com for a bathing suit and a shirt. When the package arrived on 4/10/2017 only the shirt was in it, I did not receive the bathing suit. When I went to try on the shirt I couldn't even get it over my head. I did try and contact the company through an E-Mail and have never heard back from them. I should not have to pay for merchandise I haven't received or that isn't even close to the size I ordered. Be very wary ordering anything from this company.

This is my first time to have order from this website and I will not use this site again. Nothing fit like it should. I'm trying to return my order, per the crazy instructions online. I've taken pictures of items and now the site will not accept my pictures. So very frustrated as it looks like i'll be out $250.

Trainwreck of a site

This is a Chinese store. Not a Chinese corporation but literally a store run from China. Your stuff will take 2-4 weeks to arrive. It will be china quality and worst of all china sized. I ordered two swim suits that ran 4-6 sizes to small. (wide enough but soo short cut for women 4'6-5') They say you can return but you have to pay for the shipping and it takes 4-6 weeks for your credit. Also they use a ticket system so if you didn't create an "account" when you ordered it's impossible to find your order number and they won't recognize the sku number from their package. I wasted a lot of money. Don't make my mistake.

Crap for sale

We returned our products for refund and they refuse to give us our credit. The cost to return these items to China was $33.75. Why do they do this, because they can. So far PayPal refuses to get involved even though they gave us the address in which to return the items. I can't believe PayPal continues to do business with these crooks. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. I'll keep fighting.

Waste of your MONEY!

I ordered some dresses from Rosewe -- over $100. Without my knowledge and permission, I found out after 3 weeks, they'd cancelled my order. I checked on the order and found out through their difficult message system. They' d taken the money and put it in the account as credit which meant that i had to purchase something. I ordered a jacket and 2 dresses. The jacket was the size needed for a 9 year old and the dresses were lke something i could have gotten through a salvage store except the quality was quite poor. Very, very disappointed! I will NOT order from them again.

Worse company ever

I order an outfit 3 month ago. I never received it. Now they tell me if I get a refund they will charge me restocking and return postage fees. Why would I pay those free for something I am not returning. I never received it. I told them to do a reship, I was told I would have to pay the shipping fee which I have already paid for on the item I never received. I told them I am not paying anymore fees for something I purchased and never got. I have not received a refund or my product. What a scam. Don't order from this company.
