The colour of clothes I bought from Rosewe are always just true to picture. The size chart provided is very helpful beacause of the difference size measurement. I had many bad shopping experience in other website because the clothes dont match with the picture which annoys me.

Quality of service very poor ordered almost a month ago still have not gotten my shipment can not call them and they do not call you back after leaving emails this is unacceptable when they told me that it would be 3 day shipping very sad has my money will not return it what else could I say very pissed poor service I was told it was shipped on the 7th of this month and has not received it yet

Still waiting on order placed a month ago. Cannot contact anyone to cancel order. I probably will be sorry when I get it, as the reputation is of poor quality. Don't get suckered.

Please don't buy from this company. I had an ordered shipped on March 27. To date, it has not arrived. I put a ticket in about 3 weeks ago and was told by text it takes time for the order to update in the tracking info. You can't submit another ticket because if you do, it comes up you have a ticket already. The only phone number for customer service is a China number. I will only order if I know it's not an overseas order.

My items arrived damaged and wet but the dress that was not damaged is very poorly stitched, extremely thin material. No worth the money at all.

I received the "bohemian style" dress and it looks like a burlap sack. It's horrible. The layer underneath is a different color that was advertised. The quality of the fabric is awful.

How can I get my money back? I placed my original order 3/22 and have not received anything from this company. I do love their assortment of clothing but they seen to only have excuses when I do not receive my merchandise! What's going on here?
