I ordered from there today and wished I googled them before before I ordered. I hate ordering from China only because everything is too small, made wrong, horrible material or it doesn't match what's advertised. I really think they run their business for few months, then they switch names of their company. Notice how all of a sudden one shows up on the web, then the others are no longer on the Internet. In all reality it's the same business but continuing the same scam just under a different name, that's my opinion anyways.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I followed their size sheet even though it showed I needed to order a size larger than I normally buy. Upon arrival I found that my arms would only go half way into the long sleeves and I could not get the top part of the dress to go over my breast. You can only contact them via a customer service email. No packing slip or return info was included in the shipment. After 4 emails asking how to return. And 4 return emails stating they would give me a 40% refund - stating that the return postage would be expensive. They kept stating they would do better in the future. Each time I wrote that I was being pushed into a 40% refund and the dress would be trashed. I would rather return. I finally gave in and took the 40% after reading reviews from people saying they sent in returns and never received a refund. Cute clothes but I am done.

You need to start a "ticket" to return an item. Their website will not generate a ticket when you enter your email address as requested, and you cannot get a "live" person to assist you.

I will not purchase from them again.

I liked the dresses when I saw them online I ordred 3 waiting 10 days for delivery when I received them it was Shock is nothing to do with the ones I saw online cheap fabric and dont look good at all. Never buy from them again

Is this a scam?

I ordered an item advertised on the internet. It was defective, smelled of toxic chemicals, and could not be worn. I have attempted to contact Roaewe by phone ( 'leave a message to have your call returned') and attempted to email. ( none of the numbers provided my through Rosewe apparently match their requirements for doing so). I'm led to believe this is a black home, one which takes one's money and offers faulty merchandise with no means of addressing this problem. A scam.
