THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. All the good reviews are written in poor English obviously by Rosewe employees. We have submitted all the correct paper work 2 months ago and still have no refund having received ILL FITTING, DIRE QUALITY GOODS. SAY GOODBYE to your money if you order from this SCAM.

Waited forever

It took over 5 weeks to get the swim suit i ordered and when it arrived the fit was terrible. The bottoms are too tight and the top is too big. Communication is awful too. They just keep saying you will get tracking info when it reaches US. In the meantime. Just wait. AND paypal took the money at the time of the order. Would NEVER order from them again.

Poor quality

I waited 6 weeks for two bathing suits. I wish I had read reviews first. The suits are very poorly constructed and do not fit properly at all. They both look like someones Home Ec class first time project. Mismatched seams, cut way too deep on side seams so there is no coverage at all, skirt too long on one side, I could go on. Not sure what to do with these, other than take them to a seamstress to see if there is a chance to alter... far fetched idea, I'm sure. Warn your friends!

Good Service

Customer service has been friendly and fast in responding. I chose the wrong size when ordered. Then I submitted a ticket to them. I was answered within 24 hours and help me change it. Later they sent the right size. When my order got here, they all fit perfectly!

Better than expected

Don't order from this company the material is awful the size runs way too small not the measurements they said it was at all Material is so cheap I would never be caught wearing it I tried to fill out the form to return at putting in the correct order number and it says there's an error on the order number you cannot call them or you cannot email them I checked the order number three times and know it is correct. I guess that's how they do it to not have to pay for any returns! What a crooked company!

I placed 2 seperate orders, on one I opted for faster shipping and was charged extra.
Both orders took same amount of time, there are no faster shipping despite the charges. The style of the clothes are good, but cheap. When I reached out to customer service for refund on extra shipping charges when the order did arrive as promised I received an excuse in broken English. When I responded that I would contact my credit card company and dispute extra shipping charge. I received a response of a $10.00 credit to my account. Weeks even 2 months go by and I have not yet received any credit.

This company is such a mess. I placed 2 orders a day apart and I paid about $2 for a 1 week delivery. Nothing can get delivered to the US from China in one week unless someone is bringing it over in their luggage. Anyway, the second order was received in about 3 weeks. I am taller than normal but I think the "dress" I ordered would fit my 5 year old niece as a long tunic. The clothes are so small - they do not meet their sizing chart at all. The first order showed as being shipped and that some shipper in China received it (I think - the info is in Chinese) and it hasn't moved since 4/12. I requested a refund at least 3 times and I finally got them to agree. Their reason for the refund is because the item was on backorder - really? On the order I did receive they gave me an option of 40% refund and a processing charge because getting the clothes back to China would have been a nightmare. They really should not be allowed to ship to the US until they have a distribution center here and even then they would probably have as many returns as they do shipments because of the sizing problem.

Never received my items, says it was delivered on 5/17, was home all day. Never came. DO NOT ORDER, PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING, A MONTH LATER, TRACKING WAS UP, BUT NO ORDER, and it says delivered on their China Tracking Site. BEWARE, HAVE CONTACTED PAYPAL and turned in a Dispute, asking for a refund. Must be a SCAM.

Warning: Do not order from Rosewe. Quality is very cheap. Clothes run very small. The company doesn't respond to your requests. They will not give you a refund. I wasted $65 on this site. The clothes look nothing like the pictures. The necklace I ordered smelled posionous. Again, I caution everyone: Do not order from this site!

Bought a pretty bathing suit but the bust size runs extremely small. I bought the biggest size so i thought being a bigger gal the bust area would accommodate. Even after taking the underwire out the foam bra still does not have coverage. I looked like Madonna with torpedo boobies! Also free shipping keep in mind it is coming from China. It took a month exactly to get the bathing suit. Pay the shipping so it won't take as long.

Great Shipping Service
