When I was reviewing my order it showed that I ordered only 1 garment, but after I submitted my order it somehow was changed to show 5 garments were ordered.
When I attempted to try to contact customer support (non-existent) except for having to submit a ticket.
3 days later when I got a response to my complaint, they apologized and said there is nothing they can do as the order has already been sent.
I will dispute any and all charges to my credit card.

Terrible quality and sizing. They promised to refund fully including postage charges ONLY if I gave them a positive review. That's clearly why they have so many positive reviews. I wouldn't be bullied into it. I got all my money back because I paid with Paypal. Paypal paid the return postage for me and I after I'd shown them the tracking details they refunded me in full. Rosewe says "Please consider the low price of the items. And sometimes customers have quite high expectation. We have been trying best to offer the best quality at this price. Hope you understand that".

Customer Service Doesn't exist. No emailing system that really addresses questions and problems. No phone number. Wish I had read reviews first. Bought three Items. Two were delivered weeks later. CHEAP fabric and small Asian sizes that DON'T relate to the size chart. Third item was NEVER DELIVERED, and doesn't show in my order history, though I have a confirmation email for the purchase.

Have been waiting a month for swim suit finally got it today 5/30/2017! Cool but the suit that was ordered in an XL is maybe a medium? The suit itself is nice material is fine just sizing is off. If I do order from here again I will go up a few sizes and maybe it will fit. Was going to send back but after the wait to get it I will just find a friend that it will fit. My sister was looking for a certain type of swim suit I had seen this site on computer and showed it to her she found a suit that would work for her so she ordered, it has been a week and no tracking number to find out where your order may be! Looked on their site and all it says is that its processing ok how long does this take? Are you making it after its ordered?
