Ordered 4 blouses from them. Checked the sizing before I ordered, ordered the size per the chart. Waited 2 months for the items. Blouses won't fit my skinny daughter (I ordered a XL). Can't get the sleeves on as they are too small. XL is what I wear from Walmart to Ann Taylor. When I contacted them to return the blouses (their fault I thought) they said the sizes were "Asian" sized and I should have ordered 2 sizes larger and they wanted to give me a 30% refund and me keep the blouses. Spent over a month via their web site trying to get them to give me a full refund. I sent the blouses back and they've sent me an email telling me they are giving me a full refund. That was in May, if I get it it'll probably around Dec.
I can't tell how much in love I am with Rosewe. They carry it all and also offer free shipping. I love free shipping. My beauty supplies, all of it. If i need to get something which i know little about, i head here! Never have to worry about quality.
I think Macys is a great store there are very nice(the people I dealt with)people there and they take back almost everything if something goes wrong with what you buy. I have bought many times in Rosewe. Never get disappointed.

Rosewe offered partial refund if no return (I am guessing they still make money this way, because the swim suit I bought was made in China and was very poor quality and probably cost them to buy from manufacture $5) or sending it back and paying the shipping was another option. I am traveling all summer, so I chose partial refund. I guess better then nothing. Overall very disappointed with this shopping experience. Waste of money for me.
