Initially I purchased a dress costing £36 which I received but the dress dimensions were way off so I decided to try for an exchange for another item. It cost me £10 to return the dress which I paid in good faith. Several weeks later a bikini costing £25 turned up at the Post Office accompanied with a postal charge for a further £11. I now have the dilemma to whether I pay a further £11 to receive my extremely costly exchange. I have written many emails to explain the situation and the best offer I have received is that they will pay half the postage. The latest email I received was in broken English and rude. I have asked for a managers Contact name but to no prevail. I can not believe in this day and age that companies like this can operate like this and apparently get away with it! In addition to this review I have contacted Facebook to make them aware of this scam.

I would NEVER order from this Chinese company again. Yesterday I returned an item for refund. It took so much time that it was painful. There was no return slip in the package received. ***Rosewe makes returning things very difficult.*** There are many steps. And their system does not work well. For example, system asked me if I wanted to "Exchange" or "Refund". I selected "Refund." After I had gone through the 10 steps to return the item, including sending them the USPS tracking number (required), I received an e-mail reply asking if I wanted "Exchange" or "Refund." CLEARLY, they do not want customers returning things! I do NOT think their "3 stars" are from real customers. I think they hired people to "rate them", as many companies do.

I spend my valuable time, searching for what interests me, I select it, put it in my shopping cart, check out, they IMMEDIATELY take my money from my account, AS SOON AS, I submit it. Then, minutes, or at least the same day, I check my order status. It say's " OUT OF STOCK." How can something that you are showing available for order, and you are advertising on your website, be " OUT OF STOCK"? The other Bad thing is, my checking account is not credited back. They issue a credit on there Web-site, so that you have to purchase from them. This has happened 3 times to me, and this will be the last.

I purchased from the site and when I received the order it did not fit me so I asked to return it or for a refund and there were lots of emails to them and from me asking for it to be sent back. They asked for the purchase number and the order number I did this and nothing came from it. I have still got this outfit that does not fit me and they refuse to do something about it. Under no circumstances should anyone purchase anything from them. They are dodgy and won't help you. I have informed them I will let others know of the service I have received from them

I am in the midst of 2 month battle trying to get a refund for clothes that just didn't fit right or the colors we off. This is a complete nightmare. No one seems to care, I'm getting the run around, they don't provide LIVE support in any degree so there's no one to talk to you. All you can do is email until you're blue in the face. I now have to go to the extreme of contacting my bank as this company is charging me for clothes I returned months ago.

I should have known better, I keep saying to myself. The prices of the dresses were too good to be true. But, in an attempt to look nice, but not spend a fortune, I fell for it. The 4 dresses I ordered (for a Rehearsal Dinner and wedding that is in less than a month now) finally came after about 6 weeks. I anxiously tore into the package and literally did not know whether to laugh or cry. One dress vaguely resembles the picture, but the colors are different. I tried them all on-nothing comes close to fitting, the size I normally wear, and they are so poorly made it is laughable. Based on the reviews I just read, I am going to see if I can consign and get pennies on the dollars that I spent, and save myself any further headache with this company. I will NEVER purchase from this company again, and I would recommend you do the same.

We ordered a dress for a program and it came in weeks after the set time of delivery. The program was over by then and we ended up purchasing another dress through another company. We tried calling, but there isn't any customer care number. We have been going back and forth with Rosewe about a refund on the dress. They have been giving us the "run-around". Rosewe said that we should have never accepted the dress, but it was sitting at our door when we got home. Then Rosewe said we had to wait to be approved for a refund. I'm sure Rosewe has nice clothing (we wouldn't know) however, their customer service is horrible.

After I posted my original review (below) with a one star rating, they did refund my expedited shipping charge. I appreciate the effort by customer service to make it right. Just be aware that if you have an issue with the company, and they won't fix it, it pays to complain on sitejabber.

I ordered a dress for my sister. I paid extra for expedited shipping. It didn't arrive at her home until about 2 weeks after it should have. They won't refund my expedited shipping charge.

I ordered a dress and a tankini... that looked great in the pics.
When they arrived the exact opposite was true. The quality was so bad I would not be able to wear them, cheap, nasty and poorly made.
I had no choice but to return them, which cost me £17.40 (from uk). Rosewe refused to pay nor share the cost of the return... despite it being their fault.
Basically, don't order anything. Don't be tempted. It will cost you almost it's value to return or you're stuck with awful clothes you'll never wear. Save your money

This company is nothing but a scam. I paid additonal shipping to get the dress in time for an event and it took over a month to reach me. When I finally received the item, it was too big. I didn't even fit it on because just by looking at it I knew it was way too big. So I immediately put it back in the wrapping it came and and requested a refund. I even had to pay over $12.00 to ship back the $30.00 dress. When I checked the status of my refund I'm being told I can not get my refund because the item is stained. I never even fit on the dress. This company is nothing but a scam! Buyer beware.
