The first item i opened from my order was a cardigan and it smelt like sweat so badly it was sickening. Both the maxi dresses i ordered that looked great on the site are super thin - almost see through and very cheap material. I would expect to pay $10 AUD for such low quality not the $52 AUD they are charging. Extremely disappointing

I purchased 2 bathing suites on June 8th for my trip in early August. I started emailing Rosewe in early July and was told it was coming and was due to arrive no later then July 25th. July 25 th came and went and so did my vacation. I emailed again August 11th and was told if I could just wait a few more days they would see if I could get it there in a few days. It's almost fall. I said at this point could I just get a refund and be done with it. I was told I need to reject the delivery to get one. Delivery that as of today August 21st I still don't have! I am out $55 and even though I have had success with dress and would love to buy more, I will not be buying anything more from Rosewe. Beware!

I placed an order for a swimsuit since June 18th that was due to arrive at the latest was listed between July 15th-July30th. I thought damn a long wait but summer will still b here and at least I'll receive before I fly out for vacation on Aug 7th. Its Aug 17th and it still says shipment processing in China. Customer service also sucks. Never again will I order from here. Swimsuit will probably arrive till Christmas.

Returns from UK

If you purchase from the UK beware if you're thinking of returning items as the cost can be too expensive and not worth the money. I bought an item for £23.00. Return was going to cost £15.00 which the customer pays. Be sure you will keep no matter what or be prepared to lose out financially.

I put in an order for two blouses back in MARCH... No delivery, EVER, and it is now JULY. They gave me half the cost in refund after I bugged them several times about lack of delivery. They kept telling me the shipment was pending delivery, but it was apparently hung up in a customs broker that could not track the package and referred me back to the vendor! Totally circular and no help at all! After another two months, they eventually refunded the balance of the cost. Apparently a Chinese company, will NEVER order from then again.

Ordered 3 shirts same size one there's no way I can fit into and the quality of the other two I wore three times and they look like they're 10 years old and all fit differently I wouldn't waste my time or my money and it took forever where to get to my house

Poor customer service. They like to steal your money I spend $102 and they only refund me back 15%. The clothes is very low quality. The store is located in China. I order my items on May 8,2020 didn't received them until June 19,2020. Very upset and Irritated with this experience I had with them.

Never Again

I give them 1 star and Im being generous only because I did receive my package. First of all, most of the reviews seem staged. They tell you to order up a size for a more comfortable fit, but I learned not true(too big for me). I watched a review video later and learned that the site caters to plus size customers, but I don't see how when they say they have sizes 6-8. I ended up having to return a suit and request smaller size, haven't received yet and don't know if I will. Along with the suit I want to exchange, I paid to have 1 sent back also, that I ordered 2 of by mistake. Now, before ordered shipped, I tried to have it removed from my order but, I was unable to because it kept showing that my order number was not valid. This was the first red flag for me. I was told I would not receive a refund because suit was worn or stained. Lies! I never wore this suit or any of the suits, because I tried to return it soon as I received it, still in same packaging. So, not only am I out of money I paid for suit but also shipping. I advise you all not to do business with this company.

Just like the title said save your money and your time. I purchased 2 swimsuits from this company. Not only have I not recieved them a month and half later. I paid an additional 20 for expedited shipping. Needless to say no one responds back to you regarding the issue. Its money I will never see again.

Started an online chat at 2100 because apparently you can only chat in the middle of the night. Was cut off and could not (to this day still cannot) start another chat. I don't know if they blocked me or what, but there is no phone number, they do not respond to emails so if there is no chat I have no recourse but to call my credit card company and deny payment. Ordered dresses over 4 weeks ago for a trip. I leave today and no dresses yet.
I strongly recommend buying from somewhere else, save yourself the hassle. Also check out the language usage on most of their positive reviews, I think they are having employees write reviews for them.

Ordered 4 blouses from ROSEWE. Took 4 WEEKS from China. So excited. Opened and was SO SHOCKED AT THE JOKES they call clothing. $139.00 for the most INFERIOR material. Some were sheer see through junk. They were NOTHING like the pictures! Nothing. SHAME on the scammers. Shame on me for believing. They are laughing at the IDIOTS sending them money, hundreds of dollars at a time. We cannot do anything except voice our disdain. Unethical business practices. Sad. Thieves. Absolutely. Never again.
