Disgusting after sales

Ordered 3 dresses. Took ages to be delivered then when arrived 2 of the dresses quality was horrendous. Im sure I would have had better quality in Poundland! Therefore decided to return. The cost of returning was really high (photo attached) £25 basically!
I thought ok doesn't matter as the company had said we will refund full costs once we receive the items. 2 weeks later they finally email to say received and refunding for the 2 dresses. I emailed straight back stating you are forgetting the postage? They have just emailed to say return costs are to be borne by the consumer?!?!?! I am raging!

£25 may not seem a lot of money to some but it is to me. I feel like my consumer rights have been breached and I have told them I will NEVER purchase from them again!

Worst experience ever.

This is a total scam. It is impossible to receive a refund even when you return the cheap crappy clothing! I have been fighting for a month now to get my money back and because this company is in China there is no real way of making sure that happens. They lie and lead you on like they will refund you but they keep these messages going on and on with no intention on really returning your funds. I included pictures of the ticket I opened including proof of delivered items that I returned to them. DONT DO IT! This is a total rip off! Save your money for real clothing with a site that actually has real customer service and oh yeah real clothing! This is cheap and horribly stitched clothing. It looks like clothes a middle school kid made in home ed.

Worst Experience Ever

Bad Clothes and even worse customer service! Received poorly made Chinese clothing and returned in original packaging and they pretended they didn't receive though signed for the returned package. They claimed they gave a refund but they didn't. Typical behaviour from a Chinese communist company!

I wanted to return a dress and followed their requirements to the letter. That was a month ago and six emails asking for more information. I even sent them a screen shot of the item I was returning and still no refund! If there were negative stars to rate them, I would give them a minus 5. Don't buy from these people!

Don't be fooled by all of the slashed prices and beautiful looking items. The customer service is HORRIBLE.
They will give you an estimated ship date BUT when order is placed and they have the money they switch the "receive by date to WEEKS ahead.
As a new customer I am still waiting for my order 3 weeks. With estimated arrival way out.
Stick to AMAZON. Prime one day.
I think this stuff on Rosewe is just drop shipped from China

Don't buy from these people

Don't buy from these people. They have terrible customer service experience. I ordered clothes November last year (2020) for an event and I paid for a 2 week delivery. When it initially delayed I was reasonable and tried to be patient. Now it's January 2021, tracking doesn't give you helpful information and when you contact them all you get is a dismissive generalized message saying we'll arrange with the shipping company to deliver the package. Such a frustrating situation and they don't seem to care at all. All they want is your money. I've repeatedly asked contact information for the shipping company so I can contact them and go to pick my package myself they refused to do so. I'm wondering I was scammed because where on earth would you request for the shipping company details and not receive them? I'm beyond disappointed. I'll be happy to post all my interactions with them here!

HORRIBLE

I ordered 6 shirts and only received 2. I could not tell if it was poorly packaged by them or the post office. Then I reached out to them about it and have heard nothing back. I was so excited to find a site with the type of sweater dresses I LOVE and it was the worst online experience i ever had. Still have not recouped $165, threw money away. And by the way have never written a review before! WOW

I had ordered a number of dresses and there was one which wasnt shipped. They said it was "out of stock". Fine, I try to find something else and nothing passes, everytime I wannna buy something its out of stock. Sucks! Until I get fed up and ask for my money to be rrefunded. Up to today, no refund. They took me through hops of fire, lying that my Paypal has issues. I did everything on my part to make sure that my Paypal was fine, IT HAD ALWAYS BEEN FINE. Bottom line ROSEWE JUST DONT WANT TO GIVE ME A SIMPLE REFUND!

I had a slight problem with my order, that I needed to get sorted out. Unfortunately I had been taken ill with pneumonia and then Sepsis, and i never managed to get round to sorting it out before I was hospitalise. When I came out of hospital I contacted Rosewe again about it and Aria sorted it out out for me with no problemsat all, even though it had been about 6 weeks after I had bought them. I can't thank her enough for sorting out this problem for me. So that I dont have to worry about itany more.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Placed my order Sept 21st and paid for 3-4 day of Expedited Shipping, only to be notified the next day that I have ordered a "HOT ITEM" and would take much longer for delivery, like Oct 6th delivery. Which is not a problem. But when I requested to be refunded the expedited shipping and to charge me only for standard shipping, they REFUSED and basically said "sorry but expected delivery will still be Oct 6th." Totally overlooking the situation. They advertise these fees to make more money off you knowing well they have no intentions of refunding you. Will be sending the items right back, never to do business with them again!

Ordered 2 pairs of shorts in May. By the time they arrived (July) 2 months later we moved. They say they reshipped them, but get this, they mailed right back to our old address. Bottom line, we paid for them and never received them. I won't ever buy another thing from them. I suggest that you don't either
