The delivery took longer than I expected. I was getting nervous thinking it wouldn't arrive in time, but thankfully it did. I didn't know this place was located in China.
I haven't received my dress yet so I can't comment as it pertains to the actual product. But their customer service team helped me to avoid a disaster. My shipping information was missing a house number and they caught it and sent an email to me so I could correct it. I have done this once before with another company (auto fill) and it wasn't caught. I never did get the product. They said if I wanted it, I would have to pay for shipping again, so I asked for a refund, and they only gave me half of my money back. Which took 3 months to get. I really really appreciate Rosewe catching my mistake.

Another thing the same model should not be shown with perfect fit items as if they are custom fit, they will sell more by being realistic for shown sizes thanks for this opportunity to express my thoughts
I have enjoyed excellent customer services regarding return/exchange for an item I bought recently. I wish Rosewe will update their return policy, currently customer are responsible for the cost of returning item to them. I am an Amazon customer that operates free returns policy.
I ordered a dress for Christmas on December 4th. Still no tracking since the 9th. It's been in NY AND I LIVE NOT TOO FAR AWAY IN NJ. Idont believe I'll even get my outfits. Smh. If you sell an item for a holiday pls. Consider getting it to your customer by then. I've emailed twice with no response. Very unprofessional..

After a very long wait on my product I realized the material wasn't even worth putting on my puppy. The pictures are downloaded from other places or sites and the clothes doesn't remotely resemble the picture. I would never order from them again nor would I recommend it to anyone. In any case if you like wasting money then by all means here's the place for you

Answer: I would never buy from them. If you want to return something they only give you 30% back! The dress I purchased didn't even fit. It was made so poorly that it wouldn't fit anyone! The arm holes were way to small and the material laid awkward.

Answer: Amber you won't receive it or you will receive something and you will want a refund because the clothes look like s@#t! You may just get a piece of fabric not even sawn on! Then you are going to request a refund and they will tell you that you will need to pay for the shipping and to re-consider the refund as it is not worth the extra fee (weird). Once you send it back they will pretend that they have never received it even though I sent mine back on registered mail and someone actually signed for it and I got notified. I don't think I will ever see my money back! They are a bunch or scumbags!
