My pre order never came through and the customer svs rep read my request fir a full refund and made sure from the beginning to the end that my refund had been process.

I had an issue with my address, and my package was resent back to the company and as soon as contacted I got an immediate response within at least three hours so really good customer service and I was able to get my package we sent to me with the correct address.

It was noticed that my billing address and shipping address were drastically different from previous orders, I was promptly contacted to determine if there was an error. I really appreciate this attention to detail. I travel for work and I've sent things to the wrong addresses before, if I'd had this kind of service, it never would have happened.

2 dresses fit well but fabric is cheap. The other 2 dresses stated that 2xl, and 3Xl were US 14. That was not true. They are huge and I am unable to use them.
If I knew that they were shipped from China, I would not have bought them because returns are problematic.

I received the dress, and I liked so much.
It is exactly the same of the photos on the website, so I'm satisfied.

The quality of the fabric is surprisingly great! It took a little longer to receive it, but I believe it's because of COVID and the holiday. I love the fit. I ordered size XL, but could have order a large because of the stretch material. Makes me feel sexy and stylish. I can't wait to order more outfits.

I ordered bathing suits and they were cheaply made. Threads raveling and you can actually see through the material, so rather than send them back at cost I will just have to wear undergarments under a bathing suit. I cannot say that I will order from them again. Not a great experience.

Very efficient, you respond very quickly and your dresses are good, but sometimes the materials are wanting so pls look into that otherwise, very good service
