I ordered this dress for a Wedding and at first I thought it was a little longer than pictured but I received A Lot of compliments and It was Very Comfortable! I am 5'2" and 205 lbs and I ordered an XL

My experience that I had ordered 7 cloth dresses - my concerns was on the material texture of the cloths, but I found them same as my expectations, regarding the services was very efficient whenever to track the shipment parcel - it gives me the expected time and date during the shipment tracking, which is very dedicated system until it reached me. These clothes are cheap and come from China. I was so disappointed that I returned everything that I could from my one and only order. But, because I misplaced the tracking number, they are refusing to give me the refund. That was a $200 lesson on where not to shop! As if we don't have enough to worry about when shopping for clothes (especially online).

I made purchases but not until my order was completed did I see that it was not going to arrive in time for the event I would be attending. I immediately cancelled my order. It did take a couple of e-mail requests and correspondence's but I was able to get my refund back completely and within just a few day. This company always responded quickly and did everything possible to make me happy! I will order from them for my next event. Thank you for your devotion to make my experience a good one!

Personally i love the items the quality and the colors but the size wasn't the exact it was a little large but overall i love the website

Excellent customer service, Dec 2021 was my first time buying from Rosewe and I was at first sceptical, but I love the design, patterns and texture of their dresses. Also love the free gifts and free delivery (if u buy up to certain amount ( that comes with the purchase. Out of the 10 dresses I bought I had an issue with the size of one and thought they had sent me the wrong size. I sent an email and also generated a query ticket about the issue. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they responded and with detailed explanation. They were very professional and patient in responding despite the fact that there were several back and forth emails between us.

Had to replace an item for next size up. Sent back original to USA from GB. Everything went smoothly and efficiently, despite the distance and different postal services.
